The thing I'm confused about is how is team flash predicting where these speedsters are going? I mean aren't they moving too fast to get any logical predictions
@The 97 Plasma Iris calls it at least 10 seconds before the speedsters arrive at that intersection. A block is about anywhere from 200-800 feet. Mach 1 travels 300 meters per second. That means in 1 second, they'd already be down one block at Mach 1. If they were traveling at Mach 13...yea Iris has superpowers

This was 4 years ago and on the musical episode ( Basically fun filler ) they threw in there to lighten up the season. So most of everyone forgot about this ( I remember most of all flash content so I remembered this one.)

The music meister can’t chose to use both at the same time and the speed force has more acceleration speed than kyrptonian super speed so for ground movement speed force is better in both speed and acceleration but for truly trying to escape super flight was used for manoeuvrability
