Karen, I made the Pot & Pot method in Instant Pot for the Breakfast Cassorole, it was very good. I made a 2 serving with the the same amount of ingredients. I used the pan you used. I noticed the pan was hard to clean but all in all it was good. I love the Red sling too. When I made it a 2 servings it was 6 Spt on Weight Watchers. I hope you will have some more videos on the Pot & Pot method. Love to see healthy recipes too. I follow you and SixSixstuff. Thanks so much Debbie

Looks delish. What size IP were you using? It looked like you were using a smaller IP liner for the recipe. If using a 6qt. will the recipe fit in a 3qt. liner?

I was using a 6 quart pot. And the pan inside was a 7 inch by 4 inch pan.
