PLEASE record a video on how you graduated from HS with BS degree...PLEASE. I am a homeschool mom of middle schoolers and would love to have guidance. Heard of college classes, of course, but a full degree sounds wonderful.
I teach at a Catholic school and our rule is at the same, if you can't get onto it yourself, it's not for you. It's helped so much reducing broken bones etc. Once they can get up themselves then go for gold.
I had to look up tortalini looks like a frisbee filled with say cheese that sounds amazing! That’s a great idea using the extra time available from homeschooling to get ur bachelors at the same time as high school degree😊
A question I’d love for y’all to answer in another Q&A is, what is your approach to reading the Bible? Do you follow a certain reading plan, do you read in chronological order, etc? This year I am reading the full Bible for the first time but it’s hard to truly meditate and understand it all especially right now that I’m reading the OT.
I know you didn’t ask me lol but I am reading through the Bible chronologically and I feel it is the best way to read it since you can understand how all the minor and major prophets fit in with the kings and the Babylonian exile. It is just amazing! This is the first year I have been on track to finish by December 31 too!
I LOVE reading my chronological Bible! It’s the most consistent I’ve ever been in reading the Bible and the most compelling way for me to read because I love non-fiction history (which it is) and it’s absolutely fascinating to read it for the true story epic novel of adventure and conflict and love that it is! The NIV chronological daily Bible is my favorite because it has explanations and summaries before each historical milestone to explain what’s going on and it helps me understand the Bible in a way that I wouldn’t if I were skipping around as well as read things I never knew in all the years of reading! Soooo good! I don’t follow the exact days worth of reading, I go at my own pace, reading more or less so there’s no time constraint, because there’s so much wonderful depth to digest. 🩵🩵🩵🩵🩵🩵🩵
That is so wonderful to hear that you are undertaking the whole Bible! I’ve read the Bible through many many times (I’m 32), from my single digit years to now… I have tried it all- chronologically, using “The One Year” Bible etc. I would say, for your first time through, if you really want to meditate, you just start reading and take it in whatever chunks you feel are right… you don’t have to read it through in a year.. it’s okay if it takes longer… you could incentivize yourself other ways if you need that motivation; for example, treat yourself when you make it to certain points through the Bible. Once you’ve set your habit of daily reading, and made it through once, then you can experiment with other ways too! May the LORD draw nigh to you, as you draw nigh to Him through this process of reading through His Word! “Open Thou mine eyes, that I may behold wonderous things out of Thy law.” Psalm 119:18
Ours gets a half dollar coin ( which you can ask for at the bank) and it's a gift the get from their daddy and they tell us where they want him to " hide it"
How was a bachelors degree pursue financially? Especially when mom ajd dad cant pay for all kids. I k ow an associates can be free (head start believe its called) but i didnt think this was the case for bachelors. Even if you pursue an online christian university sounds really expensive?
People have thought we're in the end times since the prophecies were written. It is not kind to imply that they're unintelligent for not believing that we're in end times right now.
@@SadieLGardner He answered and said unto them, When it is evening, ye say, It will be fair weather: for the sky is red. And in the morning, It will be foul weather to day: for the sky is red and lowring. O ye hypocrites, ye can discern the face of the sky; but can ye not discern the signs of the times? Matthew 16
I apologize cuz I'm answering your question I'm not Kate but I know from my years of being a nanny to just let kids do what they are capable of doing. So specifically with monkey bars I will spot kids while they are doing that but try not to lift them up without them doing the climbing themselves. Most spider webs I have seen on playgrounds start at the bottom so a child can start at the bottom and work themselves as high or low as they think they can. Obviously if a child gets in a position they can't get out of I will walk over and direct them on how to get down. But rarely do I actually lift them up and put them back on the ground myself. This is also really good practice in kids figuring out what their bodies are capable of
I would love to hear a podcast episode on raising confident children!
I second this 🙋🏼♀️
I third this! ❤
Yes please!

Saying you don't believe we're in the end times is like saying you don't believe 2+2=4.....
College and marriage are the child's(who will be an adult) choice, not the parents. You can encourage, but should not mandate.
Lol I thought / hoping we’re in end times too

God Bless You and the Family! Matthew 24:37-39💞
I'd love to know what you think about the jujitsu roots/ source spiritually
What if they want to go to like a tech school.
They should go where God leads, not a course predetermined by the parents.
I learnt the opposite that first kidsxare often more cautious
Capability and patience and encouragement from parents
God wants tou to be content not complacent.
