Yes, it is not easy. The difficulty depends on how you approach it.
Fighting all at the same time is dangerous because the IA is unpredictable in many ways. The classic example is here 3:00, but there are other moments as well.
However, if you move at the beginning of the level, you can lure one of the bosses and fight one of them 1 on 1. You can also destroy them with the pistol, using the distance, but it depends on your upgrades.

Grandissimo no damage, fatto tra l'altro senza usare le carte e schivando quell'attacco mortale verso la fine (i quali sono stati purtroppo fatti in modo pigro dato che hanno fatto uso della voce di Kiryu). Ben fatto!

Grazie, mi sono spaventato per un attimo quando ho sentito la voce di kiryu 3:00, purtroppo su certi aspetti questo videogame non è stato per niente curato nei dettagli.

Unfortunately, Ishin Difficulty greatly reduces the number of heat actions to use and heat actions recharge isn't that great, it's pretty low.
This makes specific runs ( Long battle or dungeon battles) less stylish.

You know after so many years, when I choose to do damage in a game, it's because I know I won't waste hours or days doing it and pass some stages/levels or almost the whole game without many problems or wasted hours, because I'm confident in that particular game and QUICKLY.
For example I did Resident Evil 4 the original 2 times without take any damage + ada dlc and I've only 49 hours in the game and all together with the trophies (everything is recorded on sony server).
Since, there are not so many views-Likes/support, I'd rather play other games or do something else, if i'm not that good and quickly enough.
