Law enforcement as a whole needs to be Restructured. Higher education requirements (A 2.0 GPA, D+, and 16 weeks of training is all you need to be a police officer), Medical evaluation for Health and Steroid usage (steroids are known to increase irritability, anxiety and aggression and cause mood swings, with symptoms of paranoia and lack of emotion), psychological evaluations annually, term limited Civilian Oversight board

I’m a law abiding citizen, and I’m in Australia, we have never been treated so rude by our police, the force here is only applied for real criminals, just like the Bondi shopping centre killer, killing 6 woman, and he was shot dead after trying to attack the female officer who he confronted with a knife, congratulations to the female officer to act as swift as she did, not to mention the poor 9 month old baby girl he also stabbed, luckily she is out of critical condition and hopefully recovering.. United States police need to have better learnings of the law… I’ll never visit there. As I once wanted to..

That last cop is an absolute psychopath. They need to have psych evals every 90 days. That should of been a simple interaction. Warn him of the park hour's and see him on his way. Pretty damn simple.
