Believe it when I see it. ANY OTHER American citizen would be sentenced to years in prison for multiple felonies.
Trump will get at most 3 months (first offense for a low class felony). My guess is a 30 days in jail and gets out for good behavior at day 10 through 15.
I’m thinking 2 - 3mo sentences for a total of 6mos. for the 2 charges. It will probably be adjudicated with probation for 1yr, no time served. 🤦♀️

If he's cleared, he's the next president.
I don't think that it will. I think that the two biggest threats are these: one, that the jury will convict but Judge Merchan will go to light on sentencing just like he's gone to light on enforcing his own gag order. Two, Trump will not be remanded until he has exhausted every appeal and the last appeal is the Supreme Court who will hear it because of who he is but drag their heels until after the election, or worse yet overturn it.
It can’t wind up like OJ, because in NYS an acquittal requires all twelve jurors to say he is innocent. That will NEVER happen. If a few hold-outs vote not guilty, that is a hung jury, and a new trial can be immediately scheduled. Keep him in a courtroom forever, Mr. Bragg.
So, I feel we have come a long way from that farce of a trial. With all the evidence against Trump, am feeling good.
