It is recommended to do this breathwork practice sitting up or laying down on your back.
This is a very simple & powerful connected breathwork session. You can do this session at any time of the day. By practicing this session more often (daily), you will be able to open up your breath mechanism and feel more connected and grounded in life.
Release stress, transform anxiety and move into inner peace.
If possible, I recommend to do all breathwork sessions in nature. Just experience how it is to breathe at home and how it feels to breathe in nature. Maybe leaning on a tree or laying on grass.
Before starting the session, make sure you are in a safe environment. If it gets too intense or feels uncomfortable, just slow down and breathe in your own slow breath rhythm.

If anyone is having trouble falling asleep, do this breathwork session in bed with earphones on ☺️
Had trouble falling asleep for years but these problems do not exist anymore. I fall asleep within a minute 🙏

This one right here. I still do it every night:). I also practise being the observer of my thoughts without engaging with them, both during the session and after I have finished. That definitely helps falling asleep faster. But I've noticed myself falling asleep within minutes many times even on nights where my mind is very active and engaged, so to me that really shows the power of resetting our nervous system.
Fun fact is that since I started doing this breathwork session, which was when I first got into breathwork about a year and a half ago, I've been doing this one wrong.
But because it has had such profound results for me personally I kept doing it.
Right before the meditation part, where the breath holds take place, I did all three inhaling and holding. Not how its meant to be, inhale hold the first, exhale and hold for 1 minute and then inhale and hold.
Maybe play around with both and see which one you prefer/has the most profound impact. I do believe that consistency is key and with regular practise you'll be able to tap into the real power of it.
