  • Don't worry, the next video will be a gaming one. As sort of a belated Pride Month video, I look back at a couple of the comics I read as a teen in 2009-2011 that helped me come to terms with who I am and use those as a launching point for a discussion on different ways to write trans characters.

Oh cool, it's Rain! It's been so long since I've seen anyone mention it. A friend reccomended it to me in highschool, and it's how I first learned about a lot of LGBT+ issues. Research that I did because of this would later come in handy when my best friend came out as trans, and I myself turned out to be Bi (or pan, or omni, somewhere in that neighborhood)!

Glad to see you making a video about this. I hardcore agree that we need more directors from different backgrounds with more creative ideas, ESPECIALLY more trans directors. Aside from the Wachowski sisters(creators of The Matrix series), there aren't that many trans directors in film unfortunately. My respect for you has grown tenfold, and I hope you get to live your best life doing what enjoy. From one Pac Fan, to another.
