  • In this "reflective" piece, a boy asks his reflection who he truly is on the surface and deep down while in a state of crisis. Questions involving core self, consciousness, self-perception, and true self are explored throughout the film, as well as a search for a defined identity in the eyes of those around him.
Who am I? Who was I? Who will I be?
Many elements of reflection are used and seen throughout this film including the title sequence, encompassing the overall theme as "reflection," and therefore serving as a secondary title to "self," as "self-reflection."
Based upon a journal entry by Katie Keenan.
Official Selection in Lyte in the Dark Film Festival

    I thought the same thing.
it takes years to find out and you only get a general idea.
Look at how people you know react to different people you know.. and back at you.
other than that, you'll find out that you're thinking to hard about it.
    then we're dead.

Yup! I wanted this film to go into all those anxieties then leave with no answer because it really doesn’t matter at the end of the day!! Still trying to learn that, but as people have related to this work, I know that I’m only human 🥸

One of my favorite thing's to study is Psychology. Truly l knowing who you are and what we truly want cause we deceive ourselves consistently throughout life if you think for a moment you are not blessed with a degree of blissful ignorance my friend.the person could be cia operative highest-ranking whatever 100 yrld still will never truly know one's self or how we came to be to be. We all are blessed with this Cause truly it will drive you literally insane letting go is 1st if anyone reads this I wish nothing but health wealth prosperity for you and all loved one's. And I love you as we'll 💜

I love your comment because I really enjoy seeing how other people have perceived my film and what they take out of it. I think your perspective is so interesting because you bring up such a great point in how overthinking these things will really drive a person insane because at the end of the day, nobody will ever know! And accepting that is ultimately the “happy ending” in my film. Personally, I am still struggling HEAVILY to accept that because I fear that others will see the same insecurities as I see in myself. But if I just learn to chill and let go, I will be okay. Again, thank you for your comment! ❤
