Same but I use penny sleeves or the sleeves from the etbs. Well, the old etbs cause the new ones have this dull matte finish that makes the artwork look worse.

Most grading companies have strict submission requirements. For example, PSA only accepts card savers. But if the company you choose accepts top loaders, then yes that would be an acceptable way to ship them
