    i've had one of these for ages Casey and had no idea what to do with it - one positive of being stuck indoors is i can now follow this and get TRXd - nice one. TJ

    The single legs squats instantly told me I have a severe weakness in one leg over the other 😱

      Si no puede hacer un entrenamiento TRX simple sin dañar su menisco, entonces tal vez TRX no sea para ti Omar
