I would like to see how you do VOR to VOR using the navigation button. Especially when you select the next VOR enroute with VOR 2 and try to make an uninterrupted flight due to station to/from changes. What happens is you select heading to keep it straight but then you go back to NAV then the aircraft attempts to do a 360° turn to try to re-capture a radial that’s already centered. Thanks!
@Ashish Bhalla, it was a trip up of words. The outbound course from the VOR is 270, inbound course is 090, so a intercept angle of 050 will take you inbound to the VOR radial 090/270. I’ve had ATC refer VOR radial intercepts instruction such as “aircraft N1234D turn left to intercept the Calverton (CCC) VOR 270 inbound.” In reality the aircraft is west of the VOR and turning left to approximately a heading of 050 to intercept the 270 radial inbound, which is 090. I hope this helps, if not I’ll, try to clarify VOR radial intercept questions for you.
@@v1pilotflighttraining thanks i got it now. also could you pls do a video on landing with a vor? for an airport/r'way that doesnt have ILS/GPS. i do reach the 2 VOR then my AP turns off the vor and follows a straight path instead of going around the other waypoints to ultimately reach the FAF. also i want to know if iaf and faf only appear with VPTH as also ToD/BoD.
@@Sanctimonious007 I’m going to program a VOR approach into airport KHWV, VOR 6 to start at CCC VOR, auto pilot transition to the IAF, FAF with vertical guidance to landing. I’ll record the flight and post.
Thank you sir.
Your explanation was concise, to the point and exactly what I needed.

At 2min 44sec there is error, you saying you on radial 080, hdg 079. but you are actually on radial 080+180= R 260, flying towards the naviad.

Aviator Trucker, I’ll try it out and record. Stay in tune for the video.
Aviator Trucker, I ran through a Garmin 1000 VOR to VOR enroute and could not simulate what you were seeing. See my video I uploaded. Hope this helps.
i could understand how a HDG of 050 could take us to a course on 270 :S from 4:06 onwards....could pls help me understand this?
@Ashish Bhalla, I’ll take a look at it and comment. Thanks for watching and hopefully it helped.

@@v1pilotflighttraining many thanks. look forward to it. 👍
Thanks for the video.
Love it
Great video, but the volume was too low on my laptop. I had to watch it on my desktop pc
@Second Rule, thanks for the feedback. Working out the sound technical issues. Hopefully future videos will have better sound quality. Safe flying
