Not seen back walking in any sports medicine.
I am 73 I walk daily 6 kms at a moderate speed. I was jogging continuously for 10 kms daily but still I was bit obese . I used to do yoga physical excercises & gymnastics.discontd for 6 yrs became obese. Again started my routine. I used jogg backwards at a good speed with good energy. I was feeling fresh rejunated after back jogging. Now also try to walk backwards but I am loosing my balance after 20-30 steps
