Thanks, Sir. Very good and clear information. Earlier, i used to do weekly thrice running because of knee pain shifted to daily walking. I have knee soreness, sometimes it will be there and sometimes not, like even if i walk a lot will not have pain sometimes, and sometimes even if I didn't do anything lite pain will be there. Took Xray. Everything seemed to be good. I believe these exercises will help me to get rid of pain.
