I've been working out regularly since Oct or Nov. And o my goodness its AMAZING for post partum blues/ anxiety. The only thing keeping me sane these days, literally. I watched this at about 2 am this morning. I couldnt sleep. When I saw ur Spinach and egg recipe, I decided I was going to make it for breakfast today. I did and to my surprise my son (21) said it looked good. He made a sandwich out of it. I was shocked AND so happy to see him eat something healthy for once. Thank you for what u do!

I feel like i’ve been sick so regularly lately that i just let it slip and i feel i’m not taking care of myself as much. So thank you! For being inspiring!
I have a 10 month old baby boy, and I have a heck of a schedule to get my stuff done. I wake up at 4:30, nurse, then workout. Then I get ready for work and I do my day. Im also in bed by 8:30 every night. It's just what works for me and my family
Every little good thing you do for yourself will add up and it will help. You just need to find what works for you but making time for myself has helped me so much.
Exactly what I needed! I’ve struggled since late fall last year with working out and eating well and have gained about 16-17 pounds. It’s so depressing because I was doing so well. I HAVE to remember to care for myself because no one is going to do it for me. Why do we as mom put ourselves last?! That’s it! Back to putting myself first because I know the benefits WILL trickle down through my family.
I'm on medication trying to get off right now, and I'm hoping to find a new doctor soon so hopefully they'll help me change my diet so I can get off the meds for good! You're such an inspiration and I'm coming up on some big changes and I can't wait to get started on getting myself back!!

I write everything down! I have small sheets of paper I write for each month! I lay them out at night for the next day! So I know what I have planned for that day! I also keep track of it in my notes’ section of my phone so I always have it w me or written down also! Def helps!!!
We have chickens & I became so accustomed to my 2 eggs in the morning with sriracha that when we went to the beach, we ate out the whole time & I missed my eggs so much!!! Excited for this journey for you babe!!!

I did to bloodwork but not for that just thyroid and regular check up stuff but I think she chose this stuff based on my thyroid and postpartum stuff
