You should do a review video on this "WILD High Speed Chase of Armed Suspect in Tontitown Arkansas Numerous Police Units Damaged!" from the Arkansas Police Activity channel

Also good point to work when it’s time to work, get on the radio when it’s time to get on the radio. The stop sticks officer before the chase started was fumbling because he was worried about radio traffic. Keep your hands free and work. THEN get on radio if need be.

You’re 💯 right. Should have mentioned that. Great point. Too many cops worry about talking on the radio. Time and place for sure. Send us an e-mail shotsfiredpodcast360@gmail.com or DM on IG for a free prize.

I am not law enforcement enforcement but love learning from your channel. My question is why don’t ALL police carry window breakers?? They’re very inexpensive and work immediately. No beating the window ! Thanks!

Takes up less space on your kit too and less weight

Thank you for supporting us. I’m willing to bet most departments don’t want to foot the bill to pay for those tools to issue the officers. It’s one of those, if you want to go out and pay for it go ahead. Reality is, some cops don’t care enough to invest in equipement they “might” need.

Right they are only $14.99 on the Adventure with purpose channel. Not affiliated but purchased and gave family members multiple ones for the holidays. Plus the proceeds goto help them help families for free. 😊

Seemed pretty risky with all those people walking on the path. I was waiting for someone to get smoked!! 😮

Always have to weigh risk vs reward on pursuits. Can be hard in the moment.

I'm 3:21 in, and I think I would've made an attempt at a pit immediately after noticing him taking the walking/biking path. I know very well its not easy making quick decisions sometimes with adrenaline pumping. What do you guys think? Not sure if pitting is at the officers discretion or if he requests permission?

If I was a pedestrian I would have been diving to the side behind one of those trees and not just casually watching a speeding car being chased by the police heading my way. Stay safe and all the best from the far north of New Zealand.

Unless the deputies have known the suspect a long time and are positive he never carries weapons, this rushing of the vehicle seems ill advised. And the crossfire with weapons drawn on both sides just makes me cringe. They are very lucky it was only the suspect's vehicle and the poor owner's fifth wheel were damaged.

Trying to set the standard by educating not rushing up to vehicles. And you’re right… that poor 5th wheel 😭

Funny how TCSO was able to take this footage to begin with seeing as in the past they said they don't even have dash cams.

I see rural agencies frequently bum rush the vehicle at the pursuit conclusion. I'm not aware of any academy that teaches this. I'm not referring to this pursuit in particular but I have serious concerns regarding pursuits that endanger the public. My agency had a restrictive pursuit policy. I thought this was a good idea. Never want to see an innocent person killed over a failure to yield.

It’s definitely hard in the moment to weigh out the risk vs reward. You get caught up in chasing the rabbit and not wanting to let the bad guy get away. Those people on the path got incredibly lucky.
