Helldivers 2 meta nerfs! Big first balancing patch 01.000.100

Looks like a very good first start to a fantastic game, starting to tackle meaty areas of the games that needed to be addressed. While getting your cool toys nerfed sucks, it had to be done. Jack of all trades means it should be the ace of none, not the ace of all. Multiple ways they could've fixed some of the more flavorful items if they wanted to, but overall a good start.
