Regarding her nose job, or lack thereof, she has also said that she didn't get one because she didn't want to experience the pain, couldn't afford one and most importantly, IMHO, she 'didn't trust the doctors to get it right.' She thought they'd screw it up and she'd be left with a 'funny nose job.' She wanted to do it herself. I totally understand that.
She may not have had a nose job, but she had some kind of cosmetic procedure - most likely tightening around the eyes - about twenty years ago. There are paparazzi shots of her leaving the clinic - draped in veils, but clearly recognisable.
