    My husband and I do your workouts together every morning. This new one is great, keep the aerobic HIIT coming! Love that they can be tailored to our needs, we are both seniors but want to stay fit and active.💪

    This was exactly the beginner video I was looking for! They go over the exercise before jumping into it and encourage you to take your time and do your best. It doesn't feel all or nothing like other workouts I've done. This is the best one I've probably ever done in my life tbh.

    HAS Fit I love you two! I found your workouts several years ago, but stopped working out because I just didn't make time for it. I started working out again this year, but then had surgery two weeks ago. I was cleared today to start "light" exercise and this was perfect! I adjusted for what I needed but this was so perfect to get back into it! My quads are already feeling the burn! You two are rockstars, and so encouraging always! I want to look like Claudia when I'm grown up! (I'm 38) But seriously, thank you so much!

    Wow! I really looved this! It is very complete with warm HIIT & Wind down.I am 70 & need to do these type of exercises to help with cholesterol & glucose levels
    So i am glad i found you guys ..i also loove the variation form in case but i stuck it out in regular form thank you!

    Low blood pressure runs in my family, so high-impact workouts always left me feeling lightheaded. I feel great after doing this one though! Thank you for posting!

    I love your exercises, thank you very much for uploading them to RUclips... although I need your help, because it doesn't matter that I warm up before and stretch afterward, nor does it matter that it is an exercise for beginners I always end up sore for days and almost unable to move! HELP!!! 😭

      It might sound funny- but taking powerful Omega-3 complex for a few months - gradually reduced my recovery time after working out and aches a lot :) try to find some good stuff around where you live, preferably as an Omega-3(EPA&DHA)+VitaminD+polyphenols combination, this one works the best, many sport therapists are say img the same :) good stuff, natural painkillers.

      You’re going to be sore regardless and it’s good to be sore!! Just make sure to take ice cold baths to help

    Yogini again. Quads stretch=King Dancer, if you hold your foot from the inside (pivot your hand around your toes) you'll get a better stretch. To stretch your shoulders and arms reverse namaste.
