Glad it helped! Keep me updated let me know how it goes. It's holding up so far on auto washes so I am very very happy. Will post an update in a few weeks
Just bought an old 2008 gxp, 120k miles last week. Runs beautifully but has a WIDE variety of issues I need to tune up. Your channel came up on my recommended at the PERFECT time. Will be following, thank you!
Glad you found it, the utube algorithm is a tricky one to figure out. Keep me posted and let me know if you have any questions! I bounce between projects on the channel but always doing a drop on the solstice and switching things up. Lot more videos in the pipeline.
Good stuff, you mention in the video on the 3000 grit that you were going to wet sand it, but you didn’t demonstrate that nor is it in your description section. Did you wet sand it, and is that just spraying the surface with a spray water bottle and sanding it? Thanks much
So its really going depend on the severity of your light, I recommend that 3M kit mentioned in the video, but do 500, 800, and finish with the 3000 grit wheel, which will give you that nice clear shine. You can use water, but I use a mixture of Dawn and water, helps to glide the sandpaper. For the 500 and 800 your looking for a very milky look.....the 3000 will clear it all right up!
The results were stunning , I have a 07 Avenger which is impossible to get new here in Australia , many thanks for the tutorial , it really does help

The wonderful thing about the Solstice is it really is pretty steady to work on. My 09 is at 208k miles and has had no major problems.
After applying the miguires Polish you didn’t ad which drill attachment/grit you were using with the Polish.
I'm sorry it was 3000, I will add that to the description. Edit error on my part good catch!
Thanks for watching, if there is something you want to see in the future let me know!

I corrected the yellowing on my Solstice headlights, but any thoughts on how to correct crazing?
Is the hazing on the outside or the actual Inside?
Yes I heard KY should be avoided….
yeah not good for the headlights
