Lol ,everyone has a different story.thank you for knocking all the grizzly owners. I just bought one $9800 out the door. I have a 2010 yamaha nytro, so many people goof on it ,but then I smoke them on the trails, 😅 , As far as the heat issue, some high heat paint, let it dry And put some head to rap on it. What's the big deal? It's still a nice four wheeler
I agree on the heat issue but as you probably know thats for the EPA the Japanese made atvs are just better built / designed machines that being said i have owned all the Japanese atv's i currently own a Grizzly my opinon the ride-setup is the best and to me have have a plusher ride and i do like the King quad but i think the ride-setup and plushness is just better thats why i went to a Grizzly
I don't think you can get a better machine than the grizzly. The Japanese quads are higher quality than the American stuff though for sure. I disagree about the colours though I can't stand bright colors of off-road machines, my 22 is the camo one. I wrapped my exhaust and underside of the cubby to keep heat down. Check out how atvscene has his machine set up, about as good as you can make it for fast trail riding.
i put WD-40 silicone on the shifter linkage Shifts a whole lot better low can be stubborn sometimes just gotta move the 4 wheeler a hair forward or backwards
you can change the tip on the muffler to a 2 inch To make it run cooler and also put some heat shield material on the inside of the plastic which should have been done from the factory did you see the Outlet on that muffler It's choking the engine everything I ever bought I had to modify it Especially the last 20 years
I have a well used red 2002 Grizzly 660 and am looking to upgrade to a lower mileage 2007-2015 Grizzly 700 for the EFI and EPS. I personally don’t like the 2016-2024 styling as ķmuch as the 1st gen 700’s. The coloring on this one is pretty cool looking though. Reminds me a lot of the old Yamaha Moto 4’s that were made in 80’s that were blue. Although some of those were red.
When do you think apple car play and android auto connectivity will make it to the dash pod? The first atv manufacturer who pulls this off without a major price hike will out sell all the competition. If CFMOTO makes it happen, it will probably be standard equipment like the roof and winch.
I just purchased 2024 can am 700, I traded in a 2020 grizzly and I have to say WOW. Hands down more power, way better suspension and it has alot of new tech
So I have a question, what other ATVs would you prefer to this Grizzly ? Honda Rubicon 520 ? Kawasaki Brute Force 750 ? Yamaha Kodiak 700 ? Polaris Sportsman 850 ? I know what you said about the Suzuki King Quad 750, and I know you think Can Am is problematic like Polaris. So what ATV is your favorite ?
Get the rubicon 520 if you mainly mud ride and just brutally work/abuse your four wheeler and don’t ever need to go over 47 mph. Get the Yamaha grizzly 700 if you ride trails and roads a lot and want more power and to go over 62mph. Grizzly is one of the best atvs on the market they slack in fit and finish somewhat but overall great quality reliable atv.
@@JoshuaOverman Oh I know, the Ranchers, and Rubicon lines are work oriented ATV’s, the engineers at Honda didn’t add things like power steering, differential lock, or a tow hitch simply because it was intended for low gear applications. I’ve been riding ATV’s since I rode a Suzuki lt 230, and my Suzuki lt80 as a small kid. I’m from Southern West Virginia down from the Coal fields, and Hatfield and McCoy trails. Yeah I wouldn’t recommend the Rubicon 700 for that type of terrain, as it is very steep and technical. I live in Wisconsin now, and the trails up here are very flat. Big difference in the type of terrain. I’ve had , and rode plenty of ATVS I had Polaris, and I had a Kawasaki Brute Force 750 it was solid. Honda fourtrax 300, and the foreman 400’s were some of the best for that type of terrain down in the hills.
I think the grizzly and Kingquad are the closest it gets in comparison and either machine would be great .. Honda lacks in power and ride comfort .. I like the grizzly over the Kingquad because it’s a more plush ride . Better seat ergo,s for me . Arched aarms better power steering .. that said the Kingquad has the better fit and finish and wouldn’t hesitate to by one ..
I'm yamaha all the way. My 03 Kodiak is the best machine I've ever owned and I've bought new Hondas and every other brand. People call me crazy but I put them on the same level as Honda. Followed by Suzuki, then Kawasaki. I won't own any brand outside of those 4. I honestly may not purchase anything other than Yamaha or Honda. I have found a good deal on a brand new 2023 king quad 400. Can't turn this one down. Anyway, enough rambling 😂. Love 4 wheeling!
I agree I have been around Kingquads Brutes and grizzlies for years and Kingquad especially after 2019 is the clear winner. The truth is Yamaha can’t compete with Suzuki or Kawasaki at the 750 class. Yamaha has neglected to improve on issues that Suzuki and Kawasaki have had fixed for years. Seriously how is it possible that the grizzly has more engine heat then the VTwin Bruteforce?! Yamaha is disappointing in the grizzly category and I hope to see a change because it’s a shame.
Jeez. Thats the Democrat Version of the Grizzly. What a color. They really ruined the Grizzly - Sad to say. It used to be the Boss of all Bosses. Lighter, Nimbler, Faster than anything at the top of anybody else's lineup.
Calm down dude 😂 so what they had a color you didn’t like for one year. That doesn’t mean they ruined the grizzly plus this isn’t the only color they offered for it.
