    Dumb Football Question:
Playbooks are often said to be long, complex and hard to learn, especially for rookies and maybe for newly hired veterans. How bad is it?
    Film Study Idea / Request:
This year Packers selected OL (yay!) Jordan Morgan over Graham Barton, who was selected immediately after Morgan.
Many draft "experts" ranked Barton over Morgan (who is said perhaps to be a project in some aspects), but as I understand Packers value Morgans perhaps better versatility.
Can you talk us through which considerations goes into the draft boards of the different organizations?
What might film study tell us when we compare the two players?
Great show guys - keep it up!!!
    Cheers Mikkel (like in nickel)

DFQ: We always see reports of free agents having workouts with this team or that team and a front office may decide to sign a player after said workout. What do those workouts consist of and what do you do to get a coach or GM to sign you? What are they looking for? Do you ever know prior to a workout or are they all about the same?

Salary caps make major sports leagues on two levels. There are the games on the fields, and the games behind the scenes where the revenue games are played. Use your smarts to higher the better players. 😎

The question is not about revenue - it's about which ownership would kick in (I think the Warriors willingness to pay the luxury tax is an example here.) Some owners are willing to lose money in order to win - and think about it: their investment in owning the team is always, always, always going to pay off when it's time to sell. Not that you want the books to look like crap at that point, but it really doesn't matter. Owning an NFL team is like owning a Rembrandt - you cannot lose money in the medium-long run.

Dum Football Question: Just watched the Chargers video following around the rookies around on day 1 with the team. What can you share with us about the equipment managers? Fun stories, who were the best and who were the worst.
