    when I was younger I tried to k1ll myself due to me being sad, moving on to when I was 10-11 my dad passed away, and that’s when I felt like I lost my motivation, for many years my friends made jokes about it which now makes me feel numb about his passing, I miss him, but my body won’t allow me to feel sad about it, when i’m with friends, it feels like my laughing, smiling can be fake at sometimes to try and make them happy, but I just can’t motivate myself to do better and more in life. My fault for the confusing and long story, but thank you for the videos ❤

      @@johndoha5181 nope. It’s when you count to 3 then take action. So say if you wanted to make breakfast but you were in bed. Count to 3 to just get out of bed, then count to three to walk to your kitchen, then 3 to take out what you wanna make. Basically it’s a tactic that sounds basic but really helps. 3 seconds to take action step by step. Helped me a lot
