I ran into the same problem of not having enough bonus health when I bought warmog's. Gotta go either 2 health shards or overgrowth to ensure you have enough.

@@JK-nj3bt Morgana has been recently, the xerath/velkozes arent too bad it's the Lux and Morg binds that feel bad and preventing taunt. I kind of just rush a winged moonplate and lucidity boots most of the time cuz you can pivot the moonplate into 4 diff things that are core on shen depending on income lvl and matchup. Kind of just feel it out after that but cant go wrong with the classics(knight's vow, moonstone renewer, redemption, locket). Chain vest is also a good early purchase cuz it's efficient and builds into half your items. I use Bloodsong 90% but occasionally use sled or CO if we need more tank. If you want some cheeky technologies you can go Experimental Hexplate for more ultimates or Phantom Dancer for sticking to people. Shen is one of those champs that benefits from experimenting and trying out weird stuff because you can unlock his true potential with some offmeta item builds. Not entirely knocking the warmog's build but taking kindlegem out of the build path really hurt my feelings while playing shen.
