I feel like people would start rumors about the spectreon like; "They say it's the soul of an eevee that never evolved" or "the eevee was forced to evolve" or even something like "the eevee died when evolving" or something
I WANT A SPECTREON!!! Also I thought that maybe you have eevee hold a spell tag and then faint, it just seemed more logical to have it faint while holding the item to me, but it’s just my opinion
Also I thought at first before she made spectreon, maybe the bootleg could be a poison type, the bootleg looks very sinister like most poison types, and name it acideon, maybe have it be poisoned, holding poison barb, and get to a certain level while holding poison barb and poisoned, then acideon :/ still my opinion

I love this! If you had fun doing this, I would not mind seeing these from time to time! Specially with the many, *MANY* bootleg Pokemon that there are. It makes it even better when you take some liberties for the sake of the Pokemon's design being unique instead of just a copy, and the Pokedex description is a really nice touch as well! It was cute that you gave em a small animation during the Pokedex description, great job!
Random idea: One of Dustixie's abilities is Pickup, while the other is a new ability that basically allows it to get more HP when it holds Leftovers. As the Dust Pokemon, it's naturally good at navigating messes and getting the most use out of what it can find there.
These are all very good! I love them especially that Raichu! I love Raichu, he's one of my favorites. Also; that Dust Fairy is so cute I wish it was real. That Ghost Eevee evolution is quite cool. It's design reminds me of Okami.
for frog raichu, i wouldve added little horizontal markings on his cheek circles. these would make the circles look like frog eyes, and also fit into the electric theme similarly to minun (in that case, i mightve also added some plus-shaped markings on the tail or back.) still, you did a pretty great job with those redesigns, as always!

I honestly would have added the Poison typing to Dustixie to fit with the filth theme, and to make it more unique. Giving it Levitate help it defensively by removing a weakness. With that, it could become a good support pokemon with a decent defensive typing.
I know I'm late to this, but Spectreon was also the name I gave my own Ghost Eeveelution Fakemon years back out of frustration of seeing another Fakemon design just named Ghosteon. I'm glad you chose that name, reminded of all those old Fakemon I made back then ^^
