Ok headcannon time because I have nothing better to do. Slickus agrees with eggman to create an evil amusement park. Rebound helps run his retail shop with his parents and his brother, whom I will still call HPO. Slickus plans to use the retail as his property to continue creating the park. Rebound loves this place, as people in his family worked in it for generations. So Rebound goes on a sonic-style mission to earn the property back. HPO sort of acts like Tails in this situation. They eventually find out Slickus is working for Eggman and the evil things they plot. Now Rebound and HPO have to work together to save their retail and probably the earth too. Kaboom, I’ve given the knock offs a story.
Here's an idea for Obee I thought of while watching. Since he's a little kid, he naturally goes to school. And what do all schools require you to have most of the time: A backpack. Just a small callback to the H.P.O backpack. And maybe for Slickus, just to throw a small hint towards the original design, the top of his cane could be a larger circle with two smaller circles on it, like a hidden Mickey. Also referencing Disney, since they're known for buying up IPs such as Star Wars and Marvel. Just a few dumb ideas I thought of while watching.
Some headcanons Sonichu is part of Rebound's team. Rebound likes to tease Sonichu about his girlfriend. Rosechu comes to all of their games Obee sees Rosechu as a big sister. Slickus is secretly the sponsor for Rebound's team. Slickus is also the creator of Coldsteel before he went rogue. Going off of someone else saying that Coldsteel has a speech impediment glitch. Coldsteel: Why if it isn't my original creator, Prickus the Slew. Slickus: It's Slickus! I really should've been more careful with the voice chip. Coldsteel: Oh that wasn't the glitch. Now Eggman's told me quite a lot about you, who you are, what you eat, what you like, what you hate, what's your shoe size, so we'll cut to the chase: As you can see, Eggy-boy's really made quite the construction right here, right now, at this day, not tomorrow nor yesterday. Taking my original theme park and turning it into a battleship theme park in order to take control of the planet like he usually does, that is. And in exchange, he gets to provide me with all the money I truly desire in my life, which to me, is never enough, nudge-nudge, wink-wink. But with you inside, ALSO as usual, his plans have a chance of falling like old birds that croak in the middle of the air. So we both took to some precautionary measures in order to make sure that the little blue hairball of a walking pineapple A.K.A. you doesn't interfere too much. Obstacles for massacre, robots for maiming, lasers for disintegrating, heights for falling, and of course water for drowning. But knowing you, we both knew that you'd somehow make it through, and now we have to pull out the big guns, which are quite some big guns, as these big guns are less of A gun and more a giant robot spider tank with chainsaw legs and not 1, not 2, but 10 machine guns aimed directly at you and you alone in an area full of fire, saws, and even a wet willie machine. (All of that comes down to Sonic) Slickus: Now any last words, epitaphs, memoirs, regrets, wishes, or foul language you want to say to me and these deadly machines of absolute pain, carnage, agony, and all-around injury-inducing before you become a charred and smoking blue stain on the ground? Sonic: ...Can please repeat all of that, but slowly this time? (Fight with spider tank boss begins)
I can definitely see him as a life long partner of eggman. Regardless of whether Eggman's plans succeed or not, he still gets a lot of money out of it. Nothing like constant world ending threats to rank in the dough. Besides he probably just enjoys messing with Sonic as his favorite past time. It would be nice for Eggman to have a partnership that would surprisingly stand the test of time unlike what happened with Doctor Wily.
I appreciate your writing skill. Specifically how well you were able to color the dialoge of both characters, injecting them with a lot of personality. They really do feel like cartoon characters.

Geronimo Stilton is a mouse book character who works for the Rodents Gazzet [or however you spell it] who's had a multitude of stories written about his adventures of solving mysteries, dealing with business drama, and just all out fun. There's the mainline story, but there's also different spinoff universes the writer of the G Stilton books created. There's no overarching plot, but the books are still really cute and the different fonts the writer uses for different words makes it really interesting to read!

Think of it like those evil businesses that profit off of wars and perpetually keeps them going. So he funds Eggman, giving him all the funds, materials, and of course rumours, as well as Bailing Eggman out whenever needed and providing political protection and concealment, and in turn Eggman creates the perfect environment to make money. It's a partnership as close as Sonic and tails but it isn't built on friendship but mutual benefit. Plus he probably just enjoys messing with Sonic as a past time.

I love these. You take all these absurd, horrible, forgotten characters and treat them with love. Anything from a child’s OC to a public piece of laughing stock is treated with the same care as a fan-favorite protagonist. It’s genuinely inspiring how a simple concept can be turned into something wonderful.
The "freckles" being vitilligo actually works pretty well for the whole little brother thing. Rebound's just a lot further in on it because he's older.
IDEA!!! Slickus the Shrew is a family friend of Rebound and Obee, their family is somewhat poor so Slickus pays for most of Rebounds sports gear. Plus, as Obee does have vitiligo, Slickus pays for his docters appointments to make sure it doesn't spread. Seeing as i'm guessing Slickus has no kids, he is very found of the boys and acts kinda like a rich grandpa. Slickus is in his 80's, Rebound is 12, and Obee is about 5. Edit! :Slickus owns an Amusement park and Rebound and Obee visit their often. Plus most of the staff know them so they get to ride the rides, And seeing as Slickus the Shrew funds Dr.Eggman's work, he visits often to get the money and the boys know him and maybe give him ideas seeing as their kids with imagination so some crazy ideas come form them!!
First off, I love this sort of thing! Taking a cheap ripoff or weird bootleg and turning it into something original. I love cranking out every bit of potential out of things that are kinda dumb. Secondly, I'm quite impressed with the results. You DID a good job on redesigning these characters, and I like how you stuck with a semi sonic art style. Great job! I give it a 10!

I love these. You take all these absurd, horrible, forgotten characters and treat them with love. Anything from a child’s OC to a public piece of laughing stock is treated with the same care as a fan-favorite protagonist. It’s genuinely inspiring how a simple concept can be turned into something wonderful.
No wonder that so many projects with your friends including this takes so long to make a perfect video for us to see. You deserve a vacation.

Slickus the Shrew is a family friend of Rebound and Obee, their family is somewhat poor so Slickus pays for most of Rebounds sports gear. Plus, as Obee does have vitiligo, Slickus pays for his docters appointments to make sure it doesn't spread. Seeing as i'm guessing Slickus has no kids, he is very found of the boys and acts kinda like a rich grandpa.
Slickus is in his 80's, Rebound is 12, and Obee is about 5.
Edit! :Slickus owns an Amusement park and Rebound and Obee visit their often. Plus most of the staff know them so they get to ride the rides,
And seeing as Slickus the Shrew funds Dr.Eggman's work, he visits often to get the money and the boys know him and maybe give him ideas seeing as their kids with imagination so some crazy ideas come form them!!
First off, I love this sort of thing! Taking a cheap ripoff or weird bootleg and turning it into something original. I love cranking out every bit of potential out of things that are kinda dumb.
Secondly, I'm quite impressed with the results. You DID a good job on redesigning these characters, and I like how you stuck with a semi sonic art style. Great job! I give it a 10!

In polish, like many other slav languages we dont have separate words for pickles and cucumbers. If we wanna say pickle we just add an adjective in front of cucumber.
