Applying in smaller pieces is a good call.We have never thought of that and its always been a PITA.One thing we do differently is scuff or sand the surface to remove the wax off before starting to laid down any fiberglass on it
Yes it was in my mind but this is a brand new Sea-Doo never touch the water we even have to wipe down the factory fiberglass dust 👍👍👍👍👍

So I assumed Calas Performance was an actual shop. I didn’t realize he works out of his garage. I have just started watching his videos tho so maybe I’ll find out otherwise by watching some of his old stuff.
Calas performance is a performance website where I sell all my performance parts for PWC. I have personally built all of my race Jetski’s from the ground up! I learned how to build motors, modify hulls as well as props combinations for myself. Because of my success in my personal builds people just started showing up ! So, I am now working on others skis ranging from maintenance issues all the way up to performance modifications. As a recreational rider as a full on race jetski champion I have a wide range of clients that are knocking on my door. Now that there is a demand I am personally thinking about seeking out a place for my personal workspace and shop. Stay tuned my friend 👍

I have a 2021 rxtxrs banana seadoo like yours and has a very big crack , split in hull and want to repair. Does the hull come apart from the top as looking at your reinforcement video you show with motor already out. Would be good to see video of how you strip body and motor apart as I have been told that I have to take motor out to repair.
