Please add more design related to aeroplane part design.. it will be very help ful to me and others also who are very interested to design verious parts related to aeroplane..like turbine blades, landing gear, rotor shaft and other things, and complete aeroplane body structure
can you plz make one tutorial for a wind turbine? bcz I have searched on the internet there is no single video on the wind turbine. the whole wind turbine. thank you
Hey man if you are still replying can you tell me how to make a curved Trailing edge after importing the airfoil from NACA website. Because sharp edge structurally gives us high stress concentration on the edges. And also how to rotate that imported geometry. Please it would help a lot.
Of an airfoil OR of the wing? Because both are different things🤷🏼♂️ Of an airfoil(it is 2D), you can head to airfoiltools.com and search your airfoil name/NACA number and get the values. Wing, which is 3D, you will have to do a CFD simulation in ANSYS or OpenFOAM or any other applications.
Hi Bro, I'm also doing project Boeing 767 NACA 2213 wing with winglet. It half wing span is 24 m so now I'm what measure ment using in tip chord for (X-axis=?And Y-axis = ? + ) . And I'm plot winglet different angles for 30,60,90,degrees... Help me bro🤝🤝
Hey man! This may sound weird but is there somewhere I can donate money for you? This tutorial and the excel file to import airfoils helped me so much I feel like i wanna give something in return to you. This tutorial was fantastic by the way you are a life saver
LOL! I'm overwhelmed!! Extremely glad that I could help you out!!! For now, lets get connected, I would love to connect with you, mail me at mechstuffof22@gmail.com 😃
Good question! Pretty daunting task actually.. A shortcut would be making the airfoil and then transforming it to whatever angle you desire.. OR Make a new plane & try copying the sketch onto the new plane
Hehe.. I do understand. But if I made it a little slower, it would be a lottt more longer and then it would be boring. But hey, you can always play it slower 😆
OMG, man! I really like your videos, they are precise and well explained, but the way you pronounce "t" at the end of the words is really annoying. I don't mean to be rude and I would guess it's probably because of how you pronounce it in your native language (which I know nothing about...EDIT: now I see you are from India.), but I would suggest trying to place your tongue softly to the upper teeth when pronouncing it - if that makes sense. I hope I don't disturb you with this comment, but if I do - just tell me and it will be deleted. My best regards!
@@MechStuff I apologize for being so straight forward, but throughout the video it gets hard to listen - and you are really good at explaining, so I don't want to turn the volume down. It's not a big problem, just sounds strange to my ears - I will adapt in time. Best regards and thank you for your work!
Long Time no See✨
Good to have MechStuff back
Hehe.. now there will be frequent updates. Stay tuned ;)
Nice video keep it up👍
Thanks for making such kind of (aviation) video
Love from surat ,India.
Very helpful, I really appreciate it
Thanks
Glad to hear that!
Did you notice at 5:15, I named the part as *"think"* wing instead of thin wing. Lol!

@@subhankardutta5785 Sure.. stay tuned ;)
how can i draw a various cant angle in blended winglet? Any suggestions?
were you able to make it? im in your same situation right now 🙂
@@LeticiaAnula hi, were you able to make it? iIm kinda stuck in that situation...... Thank you.

Thankyou So much!!
Love the intro♥️
Hi could you explain how to implement a winglet on the side of a finished wing? Like what should i do?
Multiple sections and then multi-section solid/surface like in the video.
Super, top job 👌😉👍👍👍
😉
thanks, for the helpful video 👍👍👍
Glad it was helpful! ;)
Hi, can you do Empennage Cessna 162 for my reference to do for final year project? thankyou so much!
Could you send me the wing designs? like the files if possible?
Which type of winglets is that s?

How to fill the wing with spar, rib, stinger, etc??
Hello! You can draw profiles and simply extrude them in a similar fashion as shown in the video while modelling the 1st type of wing :)
And how did you find the equation to add athe airfoil!?
I never used any kind of equation! 🤷♂️
I just imported the co-ordinates
@@MechStuff but how did you actually find the way to rotate and offset the tip airfoil!!!?
heey how can we measure the CL and CD of an airfoil ??

How is it with a twisted wing?
Hello, you would have to import airfoil profile with different angle of attacks & then use the multi-section command
Bro how to import the airfoil in an inclined plane bro?
Good question! Pretty daunting task actually..
A shortcut would be making the airfoil and then transforming it to whatever angle you desire..
OR
Make a new plane & try copying the sketch onto the new plane
@@MechStuff you mean create an inclined plane and then project the airfoil?
It should have been slower cause Im not just watching the video. I am trying to do the same things simultaneously
Sure.. one coming up soon ;)
