Scaling depends upon how much overall size you want to use in different softwares. For example I scaled it for Ansys software to make it reliable and easy to mesh it and generate data out of it.

No question is stupid dear. The art of questioning came from Socratic time. So I use scaling the fit the dimensions as per my requirements. I used Ansys software to simulate the flow over it.. So that's why keeping the scaling in mm, otherwise dimension of actual model is in meters. So it's self selectable thing, so you can do accordingly.

Yes! 1) First of all open CATIA then only it can export from Excel Sheet. 2) Refresh it. 3) Accept it as in editing Mode of Excel 4) If still getting problem.. Change your Microsoft Office Version

Yes, it is Selig Format, along with it if you have 3 different airfoil you can still join it using multi section command! 1) Soon I'll make different types of wings in Catia V5 2) If you wish then go on official site of Airfoil Tools for having Data and then copy paste in my Excel Sheet to export in Catia V5. 3) if you still find difficulty, write me at vishalpatil910087@gmail.com 4) Happy Learning, please share with your friends and colleagues. 😊

It's a process, you need create a fillet smooth profile at the root cord of wing, then bring parts in assembly and then attach! Simply use a basic concept or I'll make Video on this soon! ☺😇 Happy Learning.!
