I am agree with you.Great album and also we can find great performances of Passion Play of 73-74 and even the early concerts of War Child shows a large slice of music of this album.I just say that over the years Anderson demonstrates us that he don´t want to play Passion any more.I also hope that because the 40 anniversary do something special to conmemorate this album.
lazy gigolo I get the reference but is it really true? almond admits he loved Prog part Tull and Vdgg. the voice is just as theatrical as there is and was. Motorhead/John very opp as statee but truly the line tween Prog and Synth 80s isn't that far apart. Artiness,Synth key board usage plus extravagant stylings. With out Prog, punk, post punk, New Wave ,Goth and Euro avant garde couldn't exist if even in spite of it.
The man can still hold his own!!! Very talented musicians all, but I still miss Jethro Tull.In my mind the greatest Progressive Rock band of all time. Not even Pink Floyd's "The Wall" or "Dark Side Of The Moon" comes close to "Thick As A Brick". Maybe J.T. will do a "Passion Play" tour. Now wouldn't that be nice!
Wow, that is a lot of people. Ian is so obese for years now. I don't know how he expends so much energy on stage and carries around that paunch that never goes away. I bet he could sing a lot better without shortness of breath and type-2 diabetes.
A me piace🎉🎉🎉💯
Speechless
great venue....amazing acoustics ....ian still rocks for a man of his age ! long may it last . a great night we will never forget.
Fantastic Fantastic Fantastic concert, thanks guys. And thanks for posting this.
This is great. Wish I'd been there. Roll on October 2020.
Marc Almond with the Tull is like Elton John singing with Motörhead

...and the violin as well apperantly.
Poor Florian. Guitar not working?
He's moving on soon ... they have yet another guitarist joining the Tull.
