Interesting AND inspiring! 👏🏻❤️ It’s incredibly fun to see the progression, your love of grids and the illustrated journal style. You are so consistent! I love the weekly self-portrait idea, the way you have lettered quotes, and participate in various challenges. And that you used this journal to test-drive the ink colors (which are wonderful to see used throughout) for a great reference later. I know these flip-through are time consuming and probably feel a bit like over-exposure privacy-wise, but oh! how I love being able to see your work like this: evolving, morphing, and varying degrees of full pages with those few false starts, too. So very interesting. Thank you for sharing it with us - I am definitely inspired, and grateful! 👏🏻❤️
I’ve been looking forever for a sketchboo artist who is a WOMAN and the algorithm God’s saw fit to bless me with this video! This is an absolute masterpiece. I’m a beginner and love love learning! Thanks so much for sharing your magnificent art!
Thanks for the comment, and that's so cool! How random for you to have seen this video! Love that. (Who are you at Sktchy? I have to go find out which portrait it was, lol.)
WOW - that is SO inspiring! I'm a little late to the party as I've only recently starting trying to sketch a lot. I'm more of a painter and have never been very good at sketching. THANKS for showing this!
I've found your channel not so long time ago. And these sketchbook tours are SO INSPIRING! Thank you! It definitely should have much more likes and watches.
Love how each of the pages blooms so differently, and how you include so many different details in the spaces. Very cool, thanks for sharing! And love your work 💚
I have followed you on IG for several years and always enjoyed your illustrations. Well three weeks ago, after a struggle with some life stuff I decided to start illustrating my week, inspired in part by you. Thank you for sharing your process, it’s been a therapeutic three weeks so far.
I love your journal and especially your comic/grid layout. You also incorporate these lovely quotes, which inspires me to do the same. I often write down quotes in ramdom pieces of paper and end up losing half of them ☺️😂
Thank you so much, Catherine! And you should definitely try it. I think you would enjoy the process - and lots of room for the kind of mindful drawing you often do.
The app used to be called Sktchy, but now it's "Museum" (by Sktchy). It's an app where people upload images to be drawing, so it's a fantastic resource for anyone who enjoys drawing portraits.

You always know what to say. Thank you for all of this and for understanding the balance of it. I really appreciate the feedback!
@@creativitymatterspodcast P. S. I am SO happy you kept the big one!
@@AntyPam4250 - still surreal.... but when you "see" the pages.... they don't look any different really. But I agree!

Great work. I love your journal.
I love the grid format for journaling. I'm going to experiment with this format. Thanks for the inspiration.
I absolutely LOVE your self-portrait style!!! I am going to learn that and adopt (steal) it! 🙂
Thanks for the comment!
Awesome and encouraging. Hope it gives me the nudge I need to try an illustrated journal.
