The most underrated band ever! Keep killing it guys.
Heck yea man saw these guys when I was round 14 or 15 I been 2 a lot of shows some big name bands dog fashion disco was up there with the best of em only knew couple of songs but boy did they put on a show 4 my dumb emo teen self lol
Still the best band on earth. Sound is incredible here.
I discovered DFD randomly when I was around 14, now almost 35 and you guys still have my heart! Never stop!
Discovered them about the Same time. Saw them 3 or 4 times since. First show was at a dark, run down venue called Zakks Coffee House
@@CalebNorris16 as I live in europe I doubt I'll ever see them live, they don't seem to tour outside the US much
@@MorgueOfficialMusic how did you come across them being from another country? I came from a little small town and there was only 1 close live music venue around our area (Zakks Coffee House) it was a pretty run down venue but nevertheless it was a spot where bands could come to play. Just happened to get lucky one weekend and they were the only band performing. We actually had to wait around for more to show up before they started lol. Like I said it was in the middle of nowhere. After that I signed up for a street team member and would always hit up shows in larger venues when they showed up. I think the largest show was when they opened for System of a Down.. I knew they would be opening so my friends and I all loaded up and saw them open. I felt very proud of the boys! To come from the hole in the wall /middle of nowhere venue where i was first introduced to them, to seeing them in a 2-3k packed out venue was an awesome sight. Going back to that small run down venue i guess the saying is true, there is no show too small. I know for a fact that they picked up at least 7 or 10 new fans that night. Pretty much the entire group that was with me.
@@CalebNorris16 A friend of a friend gave him/us a burned CD with a bunch of music videos on it. I didn't know it at the time but all the bands would become some of my favourites: DFD, Atari Teenage Riot, Will Haven, Mindless self indulgence... Obscure stuff, especially in the early 2000s.. How that guy discovered them, I have no idea
@@MorgueOfficialMusic very good combination of bands your friend shared with you. What part of Europe are you from? I’m in North Carolina in the US.
this sounds SOOOOOOOOOOO BEAUTIFUL
I haven't thought about DFD in far too long. Someone gave me a copy of Anarchists more than 20 years ago and I fell in love immediately. Never managed to catch them live. This video is great.
Zakks Coffee House!! Still have the demo in the solid white sleeve signed by you guys. :) had the opportunity to see you guys in much bigger/nicer venues after this.. I think the biggest show by far was at The Boathouse in Norfolk, VA with SOAD. Good times brothers. -Brooks, North Carolina.
