i love your reactions but it's sad to see my interests not align with my morals. the amber heard case is incredibly tragic and she was the one being abused. it's proven she didn't do that on the bed or anywhere else. when johnny depp was with winona ryder, amber was 3. he has gone on camera and said that it's okay to beat up someone who made you angry. over 130 domestic violence organizations came together back in 2022 in defense of amber heard and stated that johnny depp was using the narcissistic abusive techniques of DARVO. *courttv, an outlet that previously only documented murder trials on their youtube channel, was likely coerced by the money of depp and the right wing to publicize this defamation trial on youtube, a biased right wing media source, effectively exposing the grey area between civil case and abuse case rights. maybe it was to "show her true nature" or maybe it was to utterly humiliate her and show her how little power she had. they are both actors. but he had more money power and fame. this trial was funded by right wing media as well to slander her in the headlines, maybe as a way to reverse some of the me too movement. women can be abusers, but she is not one. they made her a scape goat. please do some research on it even if my presentation of this information isn't enough evidence because there is so much i haven't mentioned, like the whole trial in the uk, which was in favor of amber heard, and the fact that for the US case there was not a judge, but a jury because it was a defamation case not an abuse case, which made people who could be swayed by emotion able to determine the fate of the civil case. *all my other comments i tried to make have been blocked. please look for the real, undeniable truth in a world full of lies and powerful people who perpetuate those lies without batting an eye, especially as we go further into AI. i will take my activism into the real world.

I’m sorry my guy but I have to disagree with you on this one. Amber was clearly the one in the wrong, while Johnny isn’t blameless either, Amber took advantage of the system and her status as a woman to ruin his career and image.
There were recording of her saying “say it Johnny, say I johnny depp was abused by a woman. No one will believe you anyway.” She was caught multiple time lying and test results came back saying the same thing. Picture were taken no long after her alleged beating, her face was fine and they did not find any bruising. She said it was makeup but that clearly false.
My sister was abused by her boyfriend and I can attest that no matter how much make up you put on, it will definitely be noticeable.
1. The UK trial was Depp vs The sun, so no one could be on Amber's side since she wasn't involved. It was bout whether an article can call him a wife beater, not if its actually true or not.
2. The Judge from the UK trial deemed Amber Heard's testimony more credible due to her generous "donations" paid to the children's hospital (which spoiler she lied about and never gave).
3. If you actually watched the US trial you would know that amber lost because she was caught lying multiple times, claimed she had proof when she didn't, none of her stories made since (and changed multiple times), while JD actually had proof and showed it.
4. It seems like you're too stuck on their age difference to be able to comprehend that a woman is capable of abuse (which she had previously been arrested for with another lover of hers)
@@raidenarashikage i understand the point you are trying to make that in the middle of women's activism, she could take advantage of the system that at the time "favored" her perspective. but johnny is the one that sued her over one line she wrote in an article that did not even say his name. it wasn't an abuse case brought on by heard, it was a defamation case depp brought on. johnny depp had much more power and money than amber ever did. enough to even have his own private island like diddy and drake. we can also factor in that he has openly supported roman polanski, someone who participates in incest with his own child. these things are known, but have not tarnished his reputation, so i do not think that amber heard's "power" as a woman overrides the ties depp has in the industry of powerful, corrupt people.
although i have reached the point of maturity where i would not fight with an abusive person, you cannot blame someone for fighting back to abuse, and they are not to blame, it is self defense.
if i knew someone's true nature and it was horrible, it would be hard to believe that anyone would take their side over mine. especially if the man was known to be violent. she could have also been taunting him to get some power back. it is not evidence that she is abusive. it is evidence that there was an abusive relaionship. also there was so much doctored evidence. compare the audio files johnny depp submitted, and the full, unedited ones. there are important details missing. like how he slammed a door on her toes intentionally and then after that she hit him, which he then manipulates into it being a punch. without the detail of him slamming the door on her foot, it seems like she was acting out for no reason. he clearly knows that, and doctored many files to flip the narrative, which is what DARVO is.
lie detectors are scientifically inaccurate. just like the pseudoscience that is body language. there are signs, but they are incredibly circumstantial. it is also incredibly painful to remember an assault. you remember the suppressed memories as you are talking about them, and memory changes constantly. she may be lying, but it's equally as likely she's traumatized. so we should look for facts. depp's lawyer has admitted on camera to spraying depp's cologne in the women's bathroom before the trial everyday. if she wasn't the victim why would that affect her? if you listen to the way depp has talked about amber, it will disgust you, more than anything amber has said. he talks about raping her dead body after killing her. no matter the "lies" you think amber heard has told, the facts are that johnny depp has an abusive past, associates with abusive people, is known to be abusive to people he works with, and has had no repercussions. don't take my word for it. look up a video of why amber heard is innocent. the fact that these videos are shadow banned in itself is already sad and proves who had more control of the media, and the relationship.
@@rn6610 1. depp's lawyers constantly argued that amber was lying, so that's why i said "ambers side." an article cannot lie about a person's character because that is defamation. if he lost the defamation case it is because the article is true, or the trial was biased, which it wasn't.
2. she pledged money, which means she will slowly work towards giving the 3.5 million she promised, over her life time, because helping children is her passion. it's a pledge not an immediate donation. she has done work around the world that you have to look for you to see. she was helping in palestine well before the events in october.
3. please tell me the proof johnny depp gave after looking over it again. what i see are brutal text messages of johnny depp describing how he will mutilate her body. i see traumatic responses from amber heard that are scattered and unappealing but show a traumatized woman. to determine whether she's a liar or traumatized, you have to look at facts, which can be hard to find when someone is actively doctoring the audios they submit to the court and leaving out key witnesses that lost them the trial in the uk.
4. during the trial, the other woman, came forward to defend heard. this is what van ree, the other woman said: "It's disheartening that Amber's integrity and story are being questioned yet again. Amber is a brilliant, honest and beautiful woman and I have the utmost respect for her. We shared five wonderful years together and remain close to this day." she could be lying, but people could also still be very misoynistic and read flashy headlines instead of facts in a nuanced world. i can comprehend a woman is capable of abuse. i would just rather make an example out of a woman who was actually abusive, like jodi arias, than an innocent woman framed by corrupt, powerful people with hidden agendas.
