You'll get more consistent results out of Map 2. Map 5 adapts to your current conditions, yeah you may get a little more punch sometimes, but sometimes you'll get less than what you would've had on Map 2.

JB4 is the best piggy-back out there for BMWs. After bad experiences in the past with ECU flashes, I will never do them again on a 'street' car, that's for sure. 430 HP? Guessing all the bolt ons, and Stage 2 tune (or 5 for autotune?). I get more out of mine on most days set to 5 actually rather than 2.
@@devastaterzx6906 A flash tune is re-writing the ECU hard drive to accommodate the modifications you've made to your vehicle along with other parameters ie increased boost, timing ect. It completely adjust the entire mapping of the tune to match the modifications your running. Piggy back tune is just tapping into the cars wiring harness with a modified harness in order to adjust fuel maps, boost ect to make the car except the modifications. Theres not as much room for adjustment then with a flash tune. Hope that better helps explain it.
I'm confused. Why do most of your tuning performance links above go to sites and mods that don't fit F32 N55 435i model? such as dv-diverter-valve; turbo inlets, and the strut bar. Is the information on the vendor sites inaccurate? They are all for N20 models. Insights are appreciated.

Do the 435 have the same transmission through all years ? (2013)2014-2016 ? I know it’s a zf 8 what is it the first or second gen ? I know I read somewhere in 2014 they started the second gen 8 speed but I’m not sure . I have a 16’ f36 x drive I rarely see people mod them also I know the b58 came out in 2016 on the 440i I’m just not sure why they didn’t put the b58 in the 2016 435IGC kinda weird to me considering . But over all I’m happy with my S58 comp and my msport n55 I’ve already had a n54 and it was modified but it was more of a nightmare even in stock form .

I know only a few things about Cars and in think 430/450hp should be possible even with a Manual transmisson because the M4 Takes ist too ... Cats are a huge restrictor. He removed them for power and kept the resonator because it doesn’t effect power nearly as much and will help keep the rasp down

Why keep the resonator and remove the cats? Also need that M4 bumper. I removed Muffler and resonator kept the Cats
