    Did you mention Topanga Village? Best middle and high schools = Hale and El Camino. Best Restaurants = Gasolina, Lily and Leo, and @ Waffles. Woodland Hills has a back road to the beach, 27th freeway takes you to Topanga beach and Malibu.

    What is the homeless population like (if any)? I’m from GA & am considering WH.Also People always advise against moving to the valley altogether due to the heat. Climate would be a great video.

      I talk about the weather differences between the SFV and Westside LA in one of my videos comparing them. Homeless population in Woodland Hills does exist but its very slim and definitely not packed with homeless by any means.

    • @GruneD
      @GruneD Год назад +4

      The homeless were cleared out during Covid-19. Not saying you won’t see any but it’s relatively super nice and clean.

      There is definitely a lot of homeless here. I had one crackhead woman on Erwin and Canoga walk in the middle of the street and start to race cars on foot when the light turned green. Also the bus terminal on Owensmouth is lined up with tents along with other places near the highway.
