Great video Pace and it was cool hearing about Woodland Hills from a local perspective. The location of Woodland Hills is nice having access to everything. 👊🏻🔥
thank you so much Tommy your videos are an inspiration
@@pearcela You're the man and you're welcome!
Very informative! Thank you!
Did you mention Topanga Village? Best middle and high schools = Hale and El Camino. Best Restaurants = Gasolina, Lily and Leo, and @ Waffles. Woodland Hills has a back road to the beach, 27th freeway takes you to Topanga beach and Malibu.
I went to el camino haha, great school. old but gold.
Great! Yeah the village is great!😊
found my new useful YT channel, thanks
Thank you for such a usefull review! Where is situated a heighborhood with high apartment buildings?
LOL you arent wrong about canoga park, I lived in woodland hills from like grade 3 to graduating high school. use to go to parties in canoga and lets just say some of them the cops even wouldnt come when they got called. still fun time though.
Whats the name of the $12 fish plate????
Can listen to you all day
Is this a good area for aspiring actors?
Nice video 👌 maybe someone knows how you can rent housing for newcomers to LA?
Maybe I can do a video on that. What exactly is the topic you want me to cover?

What is the homeless population like (if any)? I’m from GA & am considering WH.Also People always advise against moving to the valley altogether due to the heat. Climate would be a great video.
I talk about the weather differences between the SFV and Westside LA in one of my videos comparing them. Homeless population in Woodland Hills does exist but its very slim and definitely not packed with homeless by any means.
The homeless were cleared out during Covid-19. Not saying you won’t see any but it’s relatively super nice and clean.
@@pearcela Thank you. 👍
There is definitely a lot of homeless here. I had one crackhead woman on Erwin and Canoga walk in the middle of the street and start to race cars on foot when the light turned green. Also the bus terminal on Owensmouth is lined up with tents along with other places near the highway.
Hot as hell in the Valley but I escape to the beach via Topanga Canyon
Nice area ….👍🏼
Can you do this pros and cons series on Van Nuys.
Lol. No pros for Van Nuys.....stay away
🤣🤣🤣🤣
I lived there… Moved away in 1996…. Wouldn’t ever move back…
Why reason?
Why?
It’s nice here though
