I mean....no. _The Valley_ colloquial term (or stereotype, you pick) really applies only to Sherman Oaks, North Hollywood, Studio City, Encino, Van Nuys, and Woodland Hills. Like the whole _valley girls_ thing from the 80s. Calabasas was never a part of that lifestyle or stereotype.

Realistically why are you only talking about the rich areas of the valley?

Most of the valley is the city of LA. There are 6 cities in the valley. Los Angeles. Burbank, glendale. San Fernando, hidden hills and calabases.
