Always loved this variant of blue beetle. And I always love the Scarab as it gives me Symbiote vibes

I posted above that it is like DC version of Venom, as it surrounds the host's body and protects him and gives him great powers and morphs into other shapes and like the symbiote in venom it is sentient in its own right. Venom is the BIOLOGICAL version of this type of story and Blue Beetle is the TECHNOLOGY version.
My money if they fight each other is BLUE BEETLE since in general advanced technology beats biology and as powerful as the biology of venom is the blue beetle is the ultimate in advanced technology and he can fly into space and Venom cannot fly and the Blue Beetle has ranged laser cannon type weapons that Venom does not.

So Blue Beetle is Guyver, Max Steel (2016), Iron Man, Venom, Cyborg and Green lantern all in one hero. 6 for 1 NICE 👍.
Blue Beetle has always given me Bio-Boosted Armor Guyver vibes.
You know how in boxing and wrestling and MMA and some other sports there are WEIGHT DIVISIONS to make it fair so that a small person does not get overwhelmed by a much larger person's size advantage? I feel that the GUYVER is like a human sized version of ULTRAMAN. That giant Japanese super hero first introduced in the late 1960s protected the world from similar sized giant monsters and had many sequels and spinoffs. The Guyver feels to me like a lower ''weight division" closer to human size version of Ultraman (he looked similar) and the monsters he fights are closer to human size (bigger than a human yes but basically human sized when compared to Ultraman).
The "vibes" I get from Blue Beetle are more along the lines of VENOM. Tom Hardy had the symbiote, Blue Beetle has the Scarab. Venom's powers are biological while BB's are technological. Both have morphing powers.

This character was MAJORLY RETCONNED. Over 3 decades ago in the early 1990s during the Death of Superman era he was just a smart human scientist with no powers at all that nearly died when encountering Doomsday. He flew around in a blue colored Beetle shaped space ship but he had no scarab suit. Guy Gardner once went to him for help because his power ring had stopped working and he said to Guy: "Super powers are not everything. I get along just fine without them" but of course Guy Gardner was having none of that bullcrap and before long he became a Vuldarian Warrior.
I would love to see him take on DOOMSDAY in his modern suited up version.
At first there were GREEN LANTERNS then DC introduced OTHER color lantern corps and there were some differences between the different colors in ability and functionality. It would be interesting to have other COLORS of Beetle. Imagine if an evil villain was the "Red Beetle" or something and they had to fight each other?

There are different colours based on each world. The reachs home planet has a black one, mars has green, and earth has a blue one

I have only seen blue beetle in some of the DC animated movies, but he seems pretty awesome, I mainly am excited to see this movie, simply because I like the actor Xolo Maridueña was great in cobra kai excited to see him in bigger roles.
From what I have seen in the previews Blue Beetle feel's like DC's answer to VENOM. In the Venom movies Tom Hardy's "symbiote" surrounds his body and gives him great powers that include morphing shapes around his body and the Blue Beetle feels very similar except the "scarab" is entirely extremely advanced TECHNOLOGY while the symbiote of Venom is BIOLOGY. Both venom and the scarab are sentient beings in their own right and not just a "suit".
Blue Beetle vs Venom in a fight would be an interesting debate for the BATTLE ARENA RUclips site that debates fights between different (but also similar) fictional characters.

They will. The director already confirmed it. We will have a Blue beetle saga, and Jaime will be the leader of a scarab team because he is fused with Kaji-Da, the most powerful weapon of The Reach Empire (the sworn enemies of the guardians of the universe) which by the way is also magical (from Earth by powerful wizards in ancient Egypt).

Who do you think is more powerful Blue Beetle or Guyver 1? I think the Guyver is in my opinion.
In my opinion is think it's the blue beetle bc it's versatility would over whelm the guyver and with the blue beetle analization skills it would probably be able to figure out that the guyvers weakness is it's control medal and target it
