Love the colors. Would be great for a boy/man/unisex bed!!! Nice geometric look!! BRILLIANT!
I love this. I just zipped over to Amazon and bought the book and the template. Not too many left! I just got finished cleaning out my storage unit and 70% of it is fabric. So a stash book is just what I need. Thanx
Love your enthusiasm!
Thank you for simplifying the braid / herringbone
My brain was having a tough time... besides you removed the east part of it the other issues I have with not wanting to waste my precious limited fabrics. I think I have a ruler with that angle... not the lines but I will have to make due for now and save your video for future and comeback for a book I can add.
Wonderful! Great!
So cute, I have to try this! I only found two templates available online. One was a mini and the other regular size. I checked ebay, Etsy and Amazon.
Terri, You can also find them in my shop- seamslikeadream.com
Hi Kate love this project can't wait to start where can I buy your braid template look like so much fun😁
Hi Ada. This is the Seams Like A Dream template Braid. You can find this on Amazon.
Do you have a link for the ruler
If they are not available at a local quilt shop, you can go to seamslikeadream.com!
where can I find your braid template? Thanks!
Her website has a shop where you can buy it. Go to seamslikeadream.com.
If they are not available at a local quilt shop, you can go to seamslikeadream.com!
In my search just now I found two braid templates on ebay - that was it. Check fast because there was only one left in the regular size.
Where can I order the ruler
Hi! You can check your local quilt shop but the templates are available on my website at seamslikeadream.shop! Thanks for asking!
I have a question. My daughter wants me to make her a braided design like this but in a pineapple shape. She then wants me to place a photo in the center of the pineapple and applique to an apron. Do you have a pattern in which I can do this? or do I do as you demonstrated here and then cut out the pine apple shape?
Hi Wanda, Wow! What a fun idea. I don't have a pattern, but your idea to make a braid, and then cut out the pineapple shape seems like the best plan! Good luck!
@@katecolleran4134 Thank you, I will give it a try.
I thought the shipping cost was pricey! Just to mail a template shipping cost is $7.99! I had it in my cart on Amazon and when the shipping cost came I canceled the order.
Thank you for the feedback. We understand the cost of shipping these days can be surprising. We are dedicated to providing the best books/products on the market at affordable pricing but unfortunately we are unable to control the costs set by the carriers to deliver them.
We appreciate your business and do offer an eBook version whenever possible.
Quisiera g las explicaciones también fueran en español pues las vemos en Colombia muchas son muy bonitas
You can do the same thing with any ruler, just cut a 45-degree angle at the end, alternating the direction. Just use the angle lines on any ruler or on your cutting mat.
you do not need a template. Just cut jelly roll strips, say, 6" each and sew them the way she describes. When done, trim the sides to the width of the braid you want.
I'd love the template.... but not for $18...........
