Ashara Dayn loved Brandod Stark, she became pregnant from him in Harrenhal. Brandon always took what he wanted and she was no exception. Ned was in love with her but she wasn't, she just danced with him because Brandon asked her for it ( sorry for my English, that's not my native language)

Actually there were just rumours she loved a Stark, no one knew which one and I know about the Brandon part of the story but I chose not to include it and mainly focus on Ned and Ashara. There is a quote where Harwin told Arya that there were some whispers and kisses in the tent between Ashara and Ned, but that his honour is not stained, so who knows?
I tried to just show smiles and glances and nothing in particular because we really don't know what happened.
