    Excellent video, excellent results and the best bit - Roxy footage! Watching with my 14 year old daughter who hopes to enter her first race in 2025 (as soon as I finish building her bike).

      Thank you! Hahah Roxie is definitely the best, she should feature more! Ah that’s great. Does she know which race she fancies? We love the fun vibe of the Aberdeenshire series!

      @@LauraJaneWeeTamMTB Feature more? She should have her own channel ;- )
      My daughter first saw the Black Isle Mini Downhill (post event pictures) and Learnie is the closest too us, though the Glen Livet enduro also wasn't too far afield for first foray into racing... we just didn't get her bike built in time. She's autistic so doesn't do well on the longer journeys, so we thought something closer to inverness would be a good way of giving her a taste.

    Great content guys. Laura Jane on a flyer. Tam is more Scottish than Ian Bru. The mullet and lilac slacks must be good for 25 watts.

    Looks mint, how donthey record the times?

    • @LauraJaneWeeTamMTB
      @LauraJaneWeeTamMTB  Месяц назад

      They use an air timing system so you wear a wristband and it triggers times when you ride past the posts at the start and end of each stage. Better than the old systems where we had to physically dib in and out of post!
