Camela playing in the background on minute 13 cannot represent more the South of Spain!! and the last clip is superb!!!!! super cool video and incredible performance! well done guys!!
I am so happy to see what material and kit you use, thats FANTASTIC! Also love the big amount of vanity in the vid. The posing also superb! And the GoPro selfie perspective world class! TOP video! Partner-Look! TOP!
Awesome little movie of a big ride !! Well done PF&H, Danni and Bradley and Mr Ben Brown … I really enjoyed doing Utopia on some of the same course … guess I need to consider this now 🤪🤪🤪
Great documentary film of their journey and such an amazing accomplishment - kudos to Danni and Brad! I'm very curious about their bike setups for this race. Any place we can find those details?
Wow, amazing effort, Guys. Super nice for me to see some bits of Burley and the New Forest which I left in 2009. What power were the lights you used in your overnight test? They didn't seem strong enough for fast off-road use but didn't seem to hold you up any.
Enjoyed the video, well done the pair of you, but crikey i get you're sponsored by Precision but the amount of time allocated in a 26 minute film to putting powders in bottles & tablets in bottles was nuts.
To be fair, they only stopped to refuel and fill up with water so we we just shot whatever they were doing each time we managed to intercept them. Not only did the product help them finish the race, it also helped them win, oh and there literally wouldn’t have been a film without PF&H 😅
@@benbrown No i totally get that and in no way did it detract from their achievement and the film was excellently put together, i just became very aware of those segments, apologies for mentioning it, and well done all involved.
Hi @moraybrown3961 - good spot! At the moment the individual sachets are not available to purchase - but you can easily make your own by decanting the powder into ziplock bags. We appreciate a little more effort is needed from the athletes side and the product wont be in a snazzy PF&H branded bag but the overall result is the same 😁
@@Po.2013 ouch. If you speak to the organisers you will understand how much effort they put in with the villages, making sure they understand the true beauty of this race and event, as the race grows more locals know about it and as such, they put water our on their front doors for all riders to access. Self-supported races, if everyone has access to the same thing, then it is totally fair game. As you can see, another rider is also using said water, it's similar to using a font. But you can have your own views, we know we were true to the rules of ultra racing.
@@Po.2013not from the car. From locals who leave water out for all riders. But I guess if you’re the kind of person who looks for any negative thread to pull on, you’ll see what you want to see.
I'm sorry, but anybody being followed so closely by a crew is NOT self-supported. Even though there isn't any practical help. The mental game is very different if you have people to talk to, discuss the race, knowing you have help nearby, etc. It's still an incredible effort, you still have to ride all those miles. But be honest and don't say you are self-supported when you actually have a team there. @@bradleyshenton40
@@bradleyshenton40 Sorry to disagree but have done Badlands and can't recall ever seeing a local leave a 5L water bottle on their doorstep let alone bottles of water in the middle of nowhere (@15.01) or a burger for me to munch on at the crack of dawn (@16.30) . Hey ho....If you think you did it ''unsupported'' that's all that matters. It would however be interesting to see you defend that if the pairs behind you wanted to lodge a protest.
The research would suggest it depends on the person, as someone who suffers bad caffeine withdrawal symptoms may be negatively impacted to a greater extent during their taper (headaches etc.) than the benefit is worth 🙏
29g an hour for 54 hours straight is not bad going at all because of the relative intensity required for a race like this👌🏼 Being fully self sufficient meant carrying fuel was limited for Danni & Brad too. 60g an hour would be the equivalent of carrying 108 gels each 😳😅
Let's GOOOOO! 🔥
Awesome cinematography Ben!
Oh my gosh! That clip at the end where you’re both passed out! Awesome! Congratulations!
Brilliant, closing shot had me in stitches. Well done all.
That last shot was amazing! Job we'll done - congrats.
Monumental effort by these two, and a pleasure to be a part of. Well done team ❤🔥

Hi @sfsurfer1 - if you drop Danni a DM on instagram then she will be able to give you the full low down on both of their set ups 👊
Or @bradleyshenton40 might be able to jump in an answer here!

Very nice. I notice carbs in individual sachets? are these available to purchase as would be super helpful.
