I love this channel ! I don't ride myself knees won't allow it haha but two genuinely lovely people just loving life and enjoying what they do it's awesome ! Oh and not forgetting the beautiful Roxie of course ! Keep the vlogs coming 🤘🏻🤘🏻
Sooo much Great in this video the trails, the weather ☀️ those shirts 👕 👚…… BUT the elephant 🐘 in the room…. Tam…. The “endo “ into that trail.. 😂 Good on ya Enjoy yaselves x
Looked like some fantastic trails at Finale Ligure, great conditions to go with it, aaah too many nice places in the world to go riding and not enough money! 😂 Joking aside looked like you both enjoyed the trails some great rock features and challenging tech thanks for sharing! 😁🤙
Absolutely that dilemma! The mtb hit list is very long! Yeah we really like Finale. It’s just an easy setup, great mix of trails and nice to be able to drive over in the van! Enjoyed sharing it 🙌
Enjoy liguria. Especially during winter when north wind is cleaning the sky, those places are paradise. Don’t forget to visit Monte Beigua. Hardcore and wild trails there!
Looks sweet! I am keen on organising a trip with a small group, maybe 4/5, next April, for 4 or 5 days to celebrate my 60th!! Was wondering what you’d recommend in terms of single shuttles or multiple or even private shuttles? Mostly non-ebikes in group. What shuttle companies did you use? Do they do the same trailheads or different? Appreciate you aren’t a travel company 😂, but finding it difficult to find information online for how to best organise. I know Atlas Ride Co. will do packages with uplift, but I think I prefer the flexibility to look for my own accommodation and shuttles. Happy shredding
Nice one! Hahah no worries, we found it hard to plan our first trip there a few years back. If you have a group id recommend a mix of private shuttle for a few days then maybe some days doing single shuttles once tou know the way about. We have used both Evolve bike shop (also called Finale Bikers) and also Freeride Finale. We found Freeride finale a bit more organised and shuttles more often! I would get in touch with them and see if private is possible as it’s ideal if they can take you about for the day. We typically book a single shuttle in the morning and again in the afternoon. You just pedal along to their base and go from there. Means it’s quite flexible and you can pick times that suit you! They have a few stops - one near some blues (Isallo that we rode here but big pedal out without ebike or the private shuttle), then Melogno (for rollercoaster and Madonna side) and Base Nato. You just tell them which you fancy. It’s a great setup! And single shuttle is about £10!
Really appreciate that information. Love your videos and can relate completely to the stuff you like riding. It’s precisely what our ‘gang’ love. Keep enjoying. 👌🏼
Looks great, I thought all the trails there would be death but many look like even an old fart like me could ride them. Have you had a look at the trails at Livigno, designed by a top freestyle rider.
Yeah there’s such a mix. Plenty for a novice-intermediate but also to keep pro level riders happy. Yes we have seen that place and it’s definitely on the hit list sometime! Too many amazing destinations but a good dilemma to have!
You have a bike and you dont want to pedal? In a bike park you have few trails but in finale you got 200 ones so you have to move to reach them.. In any case a solution Is staying in pietra ligure (near finale) and have an ebike. Decide your effort and you can go everywhere in the finale outdoor region. Here the only ones who pedals and do effort uphill are ebikers 😂
Is this for us? I’m confused as we always do one shuttle then pedal. I enjoy linking the trails on the pedals. For us it’s the best way to access more trails as you say 😁
Worth it? It depends, there are some good trails but unless you’re pedalling yourself you will spend most of the day in a van. Try to book with people you know so you have no others in the shuttle. People will hold a group up and guides will then take easier trails. Plus even less riding gets done. Also the lunch breaks are really long.
Sounds like you maybe didn’t do single shuttles? With only two single shuttles from base at €10 and a little pedalling you can get a loads of trails in! This specific set of trails has more pedalling but there are lots of routes with less. That way is our preference. Definitely best if you can have a group for a private shuttle all day though! What you said at the end there is why we prefer not to go with groups, ability too varied for everyone to enjoy properly!
@@marcodepe Objectivity is a hard one. I’ve been riding for over 25 years but only in Western Europe. There is great riding everywhere to be found except in the Netherlands where I live. I see you have a lot of passion for the ligure region, maybe my next visit you can show me around? I’m out now for a flat and wet, boring xc ride. Cheers!!

Yeah I can see it's not a bike park flow trail, I rarely ride bike parks tbh, I am sure there will be trails above my pay grade.
