What is the purpose of the billet stopper? I was looking at the kit on the website and was curious on what it is for and if it’s recommended with the purchase or not? Great tutorial video btw!

the chain comes long enough for the full extension. if you wanted it in more then you would use the provided chain breaker. you then tighten the chain with the tool and tensioner in the extension blocks
is there even longer swingarm kit or is this longest you provide? and if its any longer do i have to buy rear brake line or is stock brake line long enough?

@@thetalonangel no it is not. it is two bolts and generally you can use the picture for reference. it fits tight in the groove that is existing on the oem swingarm.

That would be a whole new video and not an updated one. We would need a 2022/2023 model from here to do so. We don’t have one unfortunately. Thank you.
On a small bike like the monkey, extending the actual wheel base makes it way more stable in straight line speed, it may effect cornering stability and turn in speed but unless you're using it a a 125 race machine then you wouldn't likely tell all that much, but you will deffinatly tell the straight line stability improvement.
The dimensions of the swingarms on Lifan KP Mini 150, Grom, and most other clones (like the lifan) are all the same. It will most likely work, but measure the dimensions of one of your swingarms to make sure.

the stopper secures the swingarm extension from any type of movement, so it will not slide in or out when tightened and riding. thank you

Late comment but the stock brake line reaches. Just crack the banjo and unroute the first clip

@theruckshop do u tighten the axle then adjust the tensioner to the matching notch or leave axle hand tight then mess with tensioner?
we tighten the axle first then tensioner bolts. dont go to hard on the bolts they only need 12-16 ft lbs. so we use red loctite as well.

You didn't have to lower it?
It sits a little higher than stock stretched. But you need to stretch before lowering really. For clearance to the underside of the tail

No it is not it just holds stronger than blue. both will work we have had blue back out on us before

it keeps the stretch kit locked in and no room for it to slide forward or backwards. its a great safety feature to have

It’s a solid chunk of solid 6061 not a electrical part. Sold over 1000 of these with no issues but you make your own call
the bolts i received are not the same as in this video. you should update your video please
If you ordered the kit for the 2022 or higher it’s got different bolts and this videos isn’t for that kit it’s for og and sf.
