- We’re discussing the likelihood of Brandon Overton stealing the Hunt the Front Super Dirt Series title following his win in the opener at Talladega Short Track.
Adding big name drivers adds credibility to the Series. But too many big names takes away from the "Regional" concept.
You guys gotta step up your Game. Pound it and move it forward.
Back when Overton ran the Southern National Tour..... he was a BEAST...Casey Roberts #101 was hot 🔥.
I love how many people can say “You gotta get better!” Who have no idea what’s going on other than than what they see in a few 20 min videos a week. 🤦🏼♂️.

I think the new announcer needs to get a little more excited and knowledgeable about super late model racing. I’m not saying to the extent of Dwayne but somewhere in the middle. I had a hard time staying interested in watching the rest of the night. I’d rather watch James or Rubin announce. My opinion, a rush to make a decision in announcers.
Yeah I felt the same with Travis and have been saying the same thing. That announcer controls the emotion of the viewer. It could be one of the most boring races ever, but if that announcer has excitement and passion then it gets us excited and interested more and you could leave saying man that was exciting as ever all because of him. Supercross is a good example it doesn’t matter if the pass is for 17th it’s like your watching the most exciting pass take place because he has that much emotion when calling it.

Yeah something gotta change, especially with the prospect of more national drivers and just more drivers in general running in the series...gonna be a tougher season by far

As the season goes on I'm pretty sure we'll see less and less of Overton and the other "big dogs". Other big dogs will cherry pick some HTF series races but, the other series moving north over the summer, the HTF drivers will become more local.
