I have just used my blower. I used 3 bars to blow my driveway and part of a big yard and still had 2 bars left. Took about 20 minutes. Love the machine. Not too heavy either. Thank you.

Thank you so much. I have just bought and unboxed my machine and I felt a bit intimated, but I feel better now after watching your video. Will be using mine today. Thanks again!

I just picked one of these up. I was wondering what size to get, versus cost. The big difference to me was the weight. I'm glad I went with the 615. The weight isn't too bad and it is just a powerful as my corded blower and much lighter than my old gas power. No more electric cords and messing with fuel!
It is powerful, yet the variable speed allows me the opportunity to use it around the pool without blowing junk into the water!
For my needs, this was the correct decision. I use it a lot down here in Florida and it's just a quick grab and go. I like it! I recommend it if you're looking for a quality leaf blower.

Just bought this and got 11 minuets of use of it. When I went to charge it, it said the battery was too hot for it to charge. So I had to wait 30 minuets before putting on the charger, then 40 or so minuets for it to charge. Figured it was a defective battery and took it back just to have the exact same problem with it. I probably use the turbo 50% of the time, which I get is going to kill the battery faster but using a tool for only 12 minuets and having to wait over an hour for another 12 minutes and paying $200 is very hard to justify. Thanks for the review. Not sure if I’ll look into a bigger battery or exchange it for something different.

Thanks for the video. I’ve watched a couple other videos on this where the stock battery doesn’t perform all that well. Love your dog! I just sold my Stihl gas blower and was going to buy the Milwaukee but unfortunately I didn’t do enough research on how expensive the batteries are for the unit here in Canada.

I watched your video before purchasing. It really is too heavy for me even with the strap that I had to purchase separately, but I knew this going in. I'm not frail but I am in my 70s and my hand went numb😂😂 Regardless, I love the power so much and the turbo feature is outstanding!. I hate raking/bending so I'm willing to suffer a little pain!! Thanks for sharing your videos😁

You would love the kobalt 40v blower.. it’s extremely lightweight and maneuverable. My dad was also concerned about the weight until he tried mine

Good review. I bought the 650 for $249.00 but the 5ah battery just adds to much weight. I tried it with the 2.5ah and it was much lighter. Just wondering how much run time to expect on full throttle without turbo? Much appreciated if you have that info.

Not sure if you ever used the 530 but do you like the variable speed trigger over the 530? I kind of like that with the 530 and just adjust the speed I want with the level. I usually use the lowest setting and not sure I will like the 615 trigger trying to find and hold just the right spot? The 530 you just depress the trigger all the way no need to mess finding the right trigger speed. Going on 6 years with my 530 but was wanting something new

I too opted for the 615 over the 650 cfm model. Mainly because it's lighter & I don't really need the additional run time.

Im gonna say this, for the extra 80 dollars its 100% worth the extra cost to get the bigger battery. I also agree on the weight issue but remember you get a should strap :)

For an extra $30 over the 650cfm, you can get the 765cfm, 200mph model. And just like that, you are at the top of the range. The up-sell to the top is easy.

Nice presentation. I do impress with the perfomance of the unit like you said not much of the diffrence, so I can buy extra battery. My question how much for extra battery with 2.5 AMP for extra space. Thanks.

I checked just today and the extra 2.5 batter is $155.00....ouch. But in checking out the weight of the unit with the 5ah, IMO, is is to heavy to be worth it. I'm actually going to tradw the 650 back in for the 615.

TRUCKERS PERSPECTIVE: Sweeping really is crap so I finally after research comparing I bought the ego 615 cfm but I don't know if it comes fully charged I didn't know how to check before anyways after I delivered at a Walmart distribution center I opened the box connected battery and etc and blew out my trailer clean even pieces if wood but at the end by the doors it stopped, but after I closed the doors I tried again and it worked and I blew the stuff on the ground spreaded all over. Way faster better cleaning than Sweeping so for me it's perfect plus I get to use it at home when I get back just the driveway and edge of street and porch.

I purchased the same EGO blower at Lowe's yesterday let the battery charge all night and gave it a test run this morning.on the leaves in my backyard. It moved the leaves very well the only problem I had with it was the battery didn't last last long using the Boost button. I got about 30 minutes before it stopped. Maybe it will get the full 75 minutes if you don't use the Boost button continuously like I did.

Work at Lowes and we had the 615 with my employees discount for $134 black friday.. coupled wit $25 gift card and i was out the door for $121..
A week later i see a deal for $179 with employees discount and soo I returned my 615 and got the 650 for $171 out the door.. the minimal cfm wasnt the factor but the 2.5ah to the 5ah was what made me bite..
Hell $171 out the door is bout the only time i would justify gettin an Ego tool.
I was looking at gas handhelds but at 420-450 CFM and about $150 out the door i figured id try it..
I am on ridgid and milwaukee 18v line and while the m18v fuel blower is $349 tool only or $299 tool only why the fk would i spend that cash when i can be in for 1/2 and have more performance??
That 615 was a beast and after swapping for the 650 and having it on the charger since i just got off work the battery is charging
That 2.5 battery didn't last long but for a big yard with tons of leaves it sure blew the shit outta em for the 10-15 mins it lasted.. hoping the 5ah gives me a little more run time if i stay off the turbo button.
Thanks for the video and the battery capacity difference is why i swapped out for the 5ah.. cheers
