- This ground beef recipe was a hit with my whole family. It is prepared very simply, and the result is a delicious juicy dish worthy of a festive table or dinner, when the whole family gathers. A practical recipe with minced meat for the whole family. Cook with love! Cook with joy!
Ingredients and preparation:
Hello and welcome to my channel!
500g minced beef
1 onion
A bunch of coriander
2 cloves of garlic
¾ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground coriander
Black pepper
Mix well and leave for 30 minutes
1 onion
3 tomatoes, pour boiling water over them
Leave for 10-15 minutes
Heat a frying pan with oil
Fry the onion for 2 minutes
1 carrot, grate coarsely
Fry for 2 minutes
1 pepper
Roughly grate or dice the tomatoes
Add peppers
Salt
Black pepper
1 teaspoon of paprika
Add tomatoes
Simmer covered for 10 minutes

You will need 4 lavash wraps about 25cm in diameter
Spread the ground beef over the lavash
Wind as in the video
Cut into 3 pieces
casserole dish
Pour the sauce on the bottom of the dish
Put lavash with minced meat on top
The second half of the sauce
Cover with foil
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes
100 grams of cheese
Remove the foil after 20 minutes
Cover with cheese
Bake at 200C (392F) for another 20 minutes

This is lahmacun, a traditional Turkish dish you reallly should have mentioned.
Actually "Lahma" means meat in Arabic and "cun" means dough in Arabic. Turkey is the only Turkic-speaking country that eats Lahmacun because of their non-Turkic ancestors who have same culture as Syria. Other Turkic countries (Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan,Kyrgyzstan...) do not eat Lahmacun. More Arab countries have Lahmacun in their cuisine (such as Syria, Lebanon, Iraq, Palestine, Jordan, Egypt...)
