Thank you sir for such informative video really helpful to me,Every person is different for some this exercise may work for some it may not, but whatever exercises he is telling really apt for certain pain. If we don't do any exercise pain will increase for sure leading to surgery and medications, so exercises are must for healthy lifestyle.

Sach me
Don't do straight leg raise exercises in acute pain. It will irritate sciatic nerve and will increase the pain. Better use nerve gliding or nerve flossing exercises. These are safe and effective.

Exactly I felt the pain after doing this straight leg directly upward direction ⬆️ it increases severe pain so avoid doing this u can try other one

Great thanks , i have been doing similar experiences but i will coopt these to increase mobility
Do not try any excersise without seeing your doc.....i have l5 and S1 disk extrusion....my doctor told me not to bend forward...so bending forward or backward without guidance of doctor can worsen the condition....

@@Rahulmathur17 consult your doc first....don't do excersise without consulting....it can worsen the symtoms coz every case is different...

@@shahinparween439 yes even though many doc said ki surgery karvani padegi but by God Grace i am ok by just medicine and excersise .....you must follow what your doc says....and yes restrict your activity if you have pain...and do excersise as per doc....agar apko abhi bhi takleef hei then stop heavy activity like riding scooter etc.....
Sir muze last 5 month se L4L5S1 m dikkt h phle ye left per m start hua tha pain ab ye dono bck side nd both hips m kafi tez pain hota h. Ab ye kbhi kbhi right side per m bhi hota h. Dr ne surjery ke liye bola h. Pls rply nd help me

Do exercise under physiotherapist guide line
Take 6 days complete bed rest means 22 hours per day to retract the bulged disc. Take Mg citrate supplement
BOSS , U R RIGHT, When I take bed rest, I feel comfartable, painless .but When I.do exercise gives me more pain in Right leg., I take.regular medicines, like.Guggle tab Also.
If that exercise is painful please stop doing it, it worsens the pain.
Sir mujai perso hi problem huwa hy ....right leg mai ...mri keya aur uss mai L4L5 s1 with mild disc blidge compression ...huwa hy ...sir kya mujai complete rest karna hy ya surgery ...caz mujai right leg mai zyadah zoor hi nhi hy perso se ...please tell me

I am 60 years of age. I have osteoporosis in spinal cord . Plus loss of lumber lordosis . Plus (likelihood but not sure) slip disc. Can i do these exercises.
No MRI test performed, but x-ray has been done.
I had severe muscle spasm and leg pain for 4 days. Now i am undergoing treatment by a physiotherapist. No pain anywhere. Can i do these exercises?
