Loss of normal cervical lordosis is noted.
Mild posterior bulge are noted at c3-c4& c4-c-5 intervertebral discs,causing indentation of subarachnoid space.

We can’t compare MRI reading with senior Doctor having experience. In this video this is basic knowledge only. Radiologists have much more knowledge and speciality in MRI reading. It’s good to learn basic but yes there is difference in 30 years experience. It’s my pleasure that you learn from this.
