The Quin Dilemma is an epic adventure, told across six parts (of course), released as one box set. It features the Sixth Doctor at four different points in his timeline, joined by a plethora of companions from TV and audio: Mel (Bonnie Langford), Peri (Nicola Bryant), Constance (Miranda Raison), and Flip (Lisa Greenwood).

The Quins have succeeded in their quest - a little too well. Multiple Doctors congregate on Arunopal, bringing with them a terrible threat to reality…
The box set’s cast also includes Philip Labey (On Chesil Beach) as H. G. Wells and Jonnie Broadbent (Thomas and Friends) as the evil Quins, while Andrew Dunn (Coronation Street), Carrie Quinlan (John Finnemore's Souvenir Programme), and Sanjeev Kohli (Still Game) make their Big Finish debuts. Regular Doctor Who star Dan Starkey plays a variety of Sontarans.
Colin Baker said: “It’s always lovely to have a celebration, and in The Quin Dilemma I play the Doctor with all my companions. The writing is very clever, because it looks back over the years and shows the Doctor at his various slight but important evolutionary moments.
“The Doctor has changed a lot from the maniac who tried to strangle his most wonderful companion, Perpugilliam Brown! I’ve always said it’s interesting when characters don’t hit the ground fully formed and evolve, and I’ve always wanted Ol’ Sixie to be like that. This story has given me the opportunity to major on that element of him.”
Nicola Bryant added: “I started playing Peri in 1984, so for two thirds of my life, I have been Peri. And the idea, which didn’t cross my mind at the time, that I would still be doing this now in the 2020s is both crazy and amazing.
“With Colin as the Doctor, what’s allowed the character to endure is his sense of joy and engagement, both as the Doctor and as Colin Baker. I think Colin cares a great deal about the show and the fans, and that comes through in his wonderful portrayal of the Doctor, who is of course mad and eccentric, but also warm and wonderful. Just like Colin.”
This box set also includes The Ultimate Poe by Andrew Collins, the first of 2024’s bonus Interludes. This replaces the previously-advertised story. Interludes are hour-long audiobook adventures with special music and effects, bundled exclusively as download extras with selected classic Doctor box sets. Such a lovely man and a gentleman to boot. One of the greatest pleasures of my life was in September last year at Bournemouth Comic Con and meeting Colin and just talking about Doctor Who and Big Finish together. They say never to meet your hero’s well I met one of mine that day. And he’s is just as special and heroic as Colin Baker as he is as the 6th Doctor. Thank you to Colin and Congratulations on 40 years of being The Doctor and I wish him many more to come. And thanks to Big Finish for allowing us to celebrate and treasure every single moment of the Doctors life after the eras are over on TV. ❤❤

Colin was my fav, I have to say, but I love them ALL.
Except the new ones past Capaldi.
The scripts sometimes were wanting but I thought as an actor Colin Baker was absolutely terrific as the Doctor. His dressing down of the Time Lirds in Trial of a Time Lord is one of the great performances of the entire show. He was solid and often saved bad writing with his talent, skill, excellent comic timing and dramatic intensity. Happy 40th. No one else could have pulled it off in that coat and you did!

Happy Anniversary to old Sixie. His run with Big Finish has been an ongoing joy. It has been fantastic to see how Colin Baker (as well as the producers, writers and directors) have developed the Sixth Doctor, when he didn't get a fair shout on TV back in the day.
Also good to see Carrie Quinlan in the background. As a John Finnemore's Souvenir Programme fan, I am a massive fan of her work.

Outstanding, remarkable, congratulations! And I have to say, I'm enjoying his BF adventures much more than I enjoyed his BBC adventures!
His early monthly Range stories with Original big finish companion Evelyn Smythe are some of the best. Evelyn was such a great companion and the chemistry was outstanding. For someone who was born in 97 I never saw his original tv run but have watched them all many times but Big Finish make him Shine so bright it’s one of Big Finish’s greatest achievements

Big FInish is the best thing that ever happened to Doctor Who. I hope the main show keeps going strong but if something happens to it again I'm glad Big FInish exists.

Just started on the sixth doctor I’m doing a full run and even his 1st story was amazing he has become one of my favourite doctors it was a crime what the bbc did he was before his time
