It sure sounds like the logline for a Hollywood thriller. In late 2016, U.S. Embassy personnel in Havana, Cuba, began to report an unusual, perplexing set of symptoms. Loud noises accompanied by pain, pressure, or vibration. Dizziness, vertigo, and cognitive difficulties. Then personnel in the U.S. Consultate in Guangzhou, China, started complaining of similar symptoms. But this is not fiction. Indeed, as many as 200 people have experienced what has come to be known as Havana Syndrome. About half of them are CIA agents or their families, with the other half split between Departments of Defense and State employees. Today, many of them continue to suffer from health problems and the phenomenon appears to be spreading with new cases coming in from U.S. diplomatic sites around the globe.
Multiple hypotheses have been proposed to explain these clinical cases, but evidence is lacking and nothing has been proven. Given this lack of clarity, the U.S. government asked the National Academies to convene an expert panel to review the scientific evidence in support of the possible causes and provide advice on how to proceed with the official investigation. Join us for an intriguing conversation between the chair of that committee, Dr. David Relman, and writer/executive producer David Grae, as they review what we know-and what we don’t-about the mysteries of Havana Syndrome.

David A. Relman is the Thomas C. and Joan M. Merigan Professor in Medicine, and Microbiology & Immunology at Stanford University and chief of infectious diseases at the Veterans Affairs Palo Alto Health Care System. He was an early pioneer in the modern study of the human microbiome. David served as vice-chair of the National Research Council committee that reviewed the science performed for the Federal Bureau of Investigation 2001 anthrax letters investigation and is currently a member of the Intelligence Community Studies Board. He was elected to the National Academy of Medicine in 2011 and was a member of the Working Group on Biodefense for the President’s Council of Advisors on Science and Technology (The White House) (2016).
David Grae is currently developing an hour drama for Netflix. He was most recently an Executive Producer on CBS’s hit show Madam Secretary. He started his television-writing career as a staff writer on the Emmy-nominated Joan of Arcadia. He has also been a writer on Without a Trace, Gilmore Girls and Castle, where he was also an Executive Producer. His play Moose Mating has received several regional and international productions and is published by Dramatists Play Service. He is also the co-founder of Gotham Writers’ Workshop.

You guys are on the right track. There is a real program that is targeting citizens around the world especially the US.
I can mention that the over exposure to stimuli, ultrasounds and other intense painful frequencies causes one's brain to go into hyperdrive. Overthinking everything. Your conscience and subconscious is affected. Subconscious is affected mainly during REM cycle. This is when information floods the brain the most. Sleep cycles are affected. It's the exposure to super high frequencies that makes the brain feel pain, pressure. In the ears, it moves to soft palate of your mouth. The frequency exposure makes you feel as if your brain is being electrocuted. I mentioned all this because I know what I am talking about.
They can send images too now.
I feel like I can comment til I'm blue in the face, I want to scream to the world that I know what is being done. I'm struggling to understand why so many know about this, even the gangs here are doing it to people and yet for some insane reason the creators of this program can't figure it out. It's frustrating as hell and yet I can't say much, they must discover the answers for themselves to get the truth. Its no use one says it's all. These professionals must figure it out themselves.
I can explain the reason why a recording of crickets was found on a cellphone, as described in the video. This is when the criminal perpetrators want to expose the individual to high frequency sounds. The individual that was doing this to me actually had an "animal sounds app" on his cellphone, which was see by a family member of mine and this person came to tell me. They would then use artificial animal sounds/traffic sounds/weather sounds/sirens and beeping noises etc. Even vehicles that are modified to emit very low frequency sounds which I suspect is to cover up this high frequencies All this high frequencies causes tinnitus and ear pains. Then during this exposure, additional directed frequencies causes immense pain in the brain and pressure on the brain. These acts is deliberate. This is happening to me, but I am an ordinary RSA citizen. This leads me to believe that ordinary people like me are used as guinea pigs, to check how people will react when we complain.
And then more important people are targeted, especially since people can't seem to figure out how it's done. I'm my observation, this is done to me by criminals with an agenda. More people of importance are targeted in the USA, it seems the people responsible know that it's difficult to prove. I have spent 3 years trying to document all my observations, to make sense of how and why. I can write a book on everything I have observed and experienced. I can only hope that I myself don't succumb to brain injury. I would happily submit a brain scan if I could afford it. This is much bigger, as described in my other messages. I just want people with the necessary tools that can measure what I am describing to do this with current victims in the USA so that they can know where to start looking. I bet my life on it that in time everything I say will be able to be measured and proved.

I wish I had someone to understand what happened to me 7 years ago. But as soon as I start talking about the situation. Ohhhh they shut me up real quick. I could write a whole series of books for my lifetime. So I will write my books in stone and publish them on my death bed. I wanna scream at people sitting there talking about things they haven't a clue. Why not help people. do your history homework, go on a few field trips. AND YOU WILL NOT BE MAKING UP STORIES AND ASKING DUMB AS QUESTIONS. Well id rather have Havana then be a dumb as robot controlled by the media. Abort

A group like the Science and Entertainment Exchange could be involved in the development of the theatrical aspects of a AI Neuro- cognitive weapon. Taking the sting from the tail as it were.
Who do you contact if you have Havana syndrome?
No government agencies will help!
